Did you know that its not necessary to wait until its all carbonized and stuck? 20 euro for bolts and seals. Do it every 2 years as routine maintenance. Avoid the problems and the terrible cleaning. 30 to 40 minutes is all it takes. Without the carbon build-up its super easy. No special pullers or magic needed.
Is it needed to replace the supply pipeline for a new one or can you reuse the old one? I’m thinking of doing it my self because the mechanics here don’t have time for the coming 2/3 weeks. I can order the injector, ring and bolt but can’t find the pipeline
Mine has the early stages of Black Death 2014 313, leaking around 3rd injector back from front grille, I will find out if seized this weekend ? Could well be as prob got hot and deposits etc?

Tried re-coding the injectors on a Mercedes Sprinter 2010 plate and the snap-on diagnostic tool was unable to do it is there a special piece of kit you need to code the injectors on this van as i have done other cars and vans with no problems at all
Hi, I replaced the common rail in my 2014 Sprinter. I bled the system etc the van just won't start. It's been sat now for the best part of a year. Any ideas?
Hi' I have just had an engine fitted on my 313 sprinter. Mechanic has fitted new delphi injectors but wont start. Delphi say injectors have been scarred and are now knackered (won't replace them) have you or your followers experienced this , what could be the cause and do you know of a solution

If you need direction to take off the air intake, do not attempt this job. Do not use an adjustable wrench on any machine. what does god have to do with it?
u r avin a laugh mate. now is 2020 and my sprinter outside is 2006. none of the injectors want out. one injector clamp bolt snapped 15 thread turns down. Your trucks clearly newer.

This is unusual but Tru using automatic gearbox oil pour some down the spouts and leave for a day and come back to it. Please remember this is only a no liability recommendation. It should not do any harm autogearbox oil is a great penetrative oil Let me know how you get on

No, I don't think so. I replaced all 4 injectors on a 2012 Mercedes sprinter 313cdi and runs perfectly fine

Hydraulic is the solutionand can buy service from ebay where someone comes with machine. £100 or so pounds and they pull them out.
