Drops do be amazing, but one more thing: The transitions on those are SO GOOD! And your reactions, Madox, are priceless! The CULTURE of you is overflowing, настоящий человек культуры
Sometimes in these videos they include way more than just the drop. For Colaps they included 2 drops and the transition between as 1 drop, and some previous videos they have included almost the entire round.
Agree with Madox's point on people calling Inertia repetitive, if you call using the same sounds repetitive you do not know what repetitive means. Also, everyone gets repetitive in an event at one point. I've heard opinions from a lot of other beatboxers and they all agree.
I like Inertia and he had a crazy run in this gbb but the repetitivity case goes deeper than only using the inward bass all the time. Its the fact that musiclly he stayed in the same style and the drops were rather repetitive in their nature using similar phrygian scale melodies on multiple occasions. Anyway lots of love to him but this has to be stated. Also he should have lost to Helium. Ok byeeeeee
Inertia was very repetetive though. His structure, musical style and overall tonal range didnt really change much. Everything felt like the same track with different drum patterns. The "yeah but X uses tech and inward Ks alot" doesnt really fit. Nobody drops with an inward K but Inertia drops 9/10 times with inward or vibration bass. Very unsurprising to listen to after 1 battle.
Right, you cant get so much into the detaaaaaiiiiiils when even fans of K.I. (most of all viewers) just feel like every round of him sounds the same. Inertias style fits to more to a showcase for me than a whole tournament with multiple battles in a row. His opponents need to diversify their stuff, too. So naturally he falls behind after a while.
crazy Drops, but for me some are missing when they would drop like technical and base Drops etc, i dont think it would work as well as a generell best of
1:31 I'm saying that inertia is repetitive because he uses his inward bass for the same type of beat. Every time it's a trap beat with different melodies
He was mine too in the livestream. But now that I saw the compilation of him and colaps, I am glad colaps won. River Was well deserved 2# but his rounds overall are not as divers as colaps's, imo.
Your arguments to being repetetive are weird. Yes, alem is repetetive because hes permanently technical and his routines are incredibly similar. Same with Vocodah and Intertia, incredibly repetetive. That does NOT mean that its a bad thing, its their style, its their thing, they can do whatever the f they want, but heck yeah theyre repetetive, you cant even argue that alem is doing the same shit since 8 years lmfao
True. Beatbox is evolving for sure and most of the OGs cant change their style as fast as the community comes up with new stuff. Back in the early days, technicality was all there is so it was enough and Alem could win everything. But the new Generation is crazy and everyday someone comes up with a new sound. We all love Alem and know his stuff for 10 years+ . Its not a bad thing he cant win GBB anymore. Its good. Like in sports, younger and more hungry kids gonna push the art to new heights !!!
@@kaiderhai86 Yeah, but then other beatboxers trying to defend their friends are being delusional and say "yeah no thats still not depetetive" which is just wrong. It is INCREDIBLY repetetive, just that people think its worse than it actually is. Adele's music is also repetetive, same with other musicians fairly often. Its their style.
What do you mean its the same as alem using technicality? Huh? Inward bass is an individual sound, technicality is a whole aspect of beatboxing. Yes Inertia's variations of the inward bass are insane and majority of his drops are sick, but how can you say he is not repetitive.
Cause he ain't using just "inward bass" its variations of throat, chest ,nasal and inward bass. Like technicality with branches , inward bass also have branches
@@dynadel_bbx3580 well he didn't do that against colaps and also brought varieties in to his routines . He didnt use the same patterns. If he had we would be seeing him with the same routines and out early
13:24..u r right..then why did u stop working with swissbeatbox...u do the work...u get paid..swissbeatbox get the views..u r happy..swissbeatbox is happier..and we are the happiest😂😂
doing the same sound and being technical is 2 different things. technicality uses 10s of different sounds and inward bass is the same sound all the time just pitched up and down. and inertia's inward bass doesnt exactly vary. way overrated
Technicality may involve many sounds and many combinations between these sounds. Inward bass is just one sound, so the statement at the beginning of the video lack logic for me. Recently, for bbu22 Inertia added more musicality and when combined with heavy drops it leads to an amazing outcome (at least in my opinion).
Those are basic sounds bro… I know why people are saying Inertia is repetitive…. That’s cuz he doesn’t have a wide variety of sounds, simple… Look at Footboxg for example, he has his polyphonic synth, plucked string, spit snare, tongue bass and hiccup snare to name a few… Inertia uses only vibration bass, inward bass and occasionally the reverse sound. Though this doesn’t stop his rounds from being enjoyable, it’s just a fact that he’s sometimes repetitive… If he used more sounds and techniques against Footboxg, he could have won…

Two.h Drop was freaking out of this world also hiss drop was crazy also
Im surprised that FootboxG's last elimination drop didnt even make the list, the crowd really seemed to vibe with it.
That was probably my favourite drop

Considering the build up before the actual drop, one might say that it should have been number 1.
