- Hey everyone. This week I'm making Homemade Pizza with my husband Louie. We love love love cooking together, and he makes the best pizza, so I thought this would be a perfect recipe for you to follow along with at home.
Pizza can seem complicated to make especially making fresh dough from scratch, but it's really simple and a lot of fun to cook at home with your friends and family.

Ingredients-
Bread flour for shaping the dough
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for rising
1 ¼ teaspoons instant yeast
4 ½ cups bread flour, as needed
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 ounces grated mozzarella
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Once Luis started to knead the dough, one could see that he was an expert at it. BTW, learning that he has been working since very young is definitely a plus for him. My respect for someone who believes in working for his goals.

This was so beyond entertaining, just seeing the two of you making such a simple dish but genuinely just enjoying each other’s company….that type of love is what goes into cooking, and it’s what makes each dish taste so good.

Louie is the only other guy i heard of that started working so young. The love of my life started a paper route at 12 years old in long island NY. Such go getters and they keep that work ethic their whole lives. Fantastic episode T. It made me so happy to watch. Enjoy every minute if your family because each moment is precious. I lost John last year after 21 yrs together he passed at age 52. Id do anything to cook a oizza with him now. Its the little things that means the most. Food gives us life and cooking gives us a love of life that reaches through time❣️🙏😚 Thank you, can't wait to try this.
