She clearly stated that “social media has a responsibility to censor mis and disinformation”. She didn’t say “they feel like they have a responsibility…”. So that alone ought to be grounds for further investigation and lawsuits against the administration.

'ah we only did it to protect you from information we deem to be true, and hide information we deem to be untrue like Hunter Bidens laptop before the 2020 election'. The only way to make changes is thru voting. I'm not sure THAT'S an option unless we all work at voting centers. Especially wherever they count the ballots. We can't allow "water main breaks" in 5 States to happen again... Of course we can sit outside and detect each time a machine goes online. At the end of the day, it's up to everyone to participate or don't complain about it...

That is not a platform, that is a publisher. A platform is supposed to be completely neutral like phone companies, thats why Section 230 exists to shield them from liability for what their customers do. The moment they start picking what can and cant be said, the title and its protections no longer applies.
But then again, when was the last time a democrat cared about minor details like legal definitions or law?
