Russia’s FM Lavrov visits Brazil as Lula pushes for peace in Ukraine

- Russia’s FM Sergey Lavrov arrived in Brazil for a state visit on Monday. He met his Brazilian counterpart Mauro Vieira and thanked Brazil for its efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. Lavrov said Russia is interested in the conflict ending as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Vieira reiterated Brazil's "willingness of Brazil to contribute to a peaceful resolution to the conflict”.
Later that afternoon, Lavrov met the Brazilian president Lula, who has advocated a group of countries that are not involved in the war in Ukraine, to mediate negotiations aimed at ending the conflict. As part of his effort to end hostilities, Lula also has withheld munitions to Ukraine despite a request from Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Just send a peacekeeping UN mission under Security Council coordination in East Ukraine to perform fair referendums (plebiscites) in the four annexed regions.
There were international observers at the polling stations during the referendum that reported there was no evidence of irregularities. As far as peacekeeping and UN is concerned...😂😂😂😂

The war in the donbass started before the Russians responded in Ukraine... the Ukrainians were bombing civilians for 8 years because those civilians dared to demand independence following the US orchestrated coup.
