LS SWAPPED FIREBIRD GETS MORE PROGRESS DONE!

Well were getting closer and closer to getting this thing as a runner unfortunately you gotta to all the small nit pick stuff to get it to that point we got some more work to do after this. But in this video we get the crossmember installed after multiple times "read your directions people"
as they use to say when I was in auto service class RFT "READ THE F****** MANUAL". That one definitely stuck in my head! hope you enjoy

If you’re don’t mind me, asking, what make was the tail shaft, yolk, and the crossmember. Glad to see you found some cardboard to lie on.😃

The crossmember is made by umi part #UPI-2232-B. I can’t remember the part number for the tail shaft housing but I bought it from summit racing. I have not purchased a yoke yet so I don’t know that part number at this time

Does the alternator clear the hood because I have a 1988 pontiac firebird trans am and it look like it might hit

Yea I have to clearance the hood for it to fit
