I stopped playing Brawl Stars about a year ago and as an outsider it was always hilarious seeing these obviously unbalanced brawlers being added into the game during Brawl Talks etc. Supercell isn't even being slick or trying to hide just how greedy they are by adding something new that is only unlockable by spending money (the same amount you could spend to buy an entirely new game on Steam for example lol) and then make it irrelevant after a few months, repeating the cycle all over again. The point you made on powercreep is also true, it's a problem many games have that rely on the addition of new content periodically to keep their community engaged. Brawl just takes it up a notch by hiding unapologetically broken brawlers behind paywalls. Sorry for yammering but honestly it's cool to see Brawl Stars youtubers speaking out the blatant corporate greed. You're incredibly based Pika and I've been a fan since day 0

Hypercharge is a fun mechanic but 5000 coins per brawler is too much, 7 hypercharge=35000 coins there is no way I get that much coin per 2 month, its like if I dont have hypercharge the brawler I play just lost an ability. And broken brawlers keep releasing made this game even worse. My friend who just played this game for only a month just got a r30 Frank, Using overpower brawler shouldnt be able to be more important than skill. Supercell should actually stop. I think, Drako is a good example, how too release new brawlers. They got him right. As a new brawler, he was strong, but balancly strong, a little good at all characteristics, and playable at all modes. Then one nerf was enough to make him ok, not at the top meta, but strong brawler yet

This is litreally the first video i have seen on this(i dont watch bs much), This all started from chester(if am not forgetting anyone else) He was able to do shelly super worth of dmg as a normal attack with more dmg piling up from other 2 of his ammo, Charlie-this godforsaken brawler was so dang broken i was in the verge of throwing my phone for the first time, Kit-my nightmare, solo was unplayable Dealt sht ton of dmg,u cant kill it when it rides u, you give him 4 gadgets to go transparent for 5 sec (more than half the leon super) L & L- WOW what can i say about this thrower, this brawler was able to sustain like frank on steroids, his attack were so dang long litreally felt like eagle artillery to me, his brother bot dodging bullets more than my randoms while also dealing more than chester after he was nerfed Cord-this guy is still meta even after being nerfed so many times, This guy had 2sec of mute(yep ofc more than half the otis super), Could reactivate his super over and over again and litreally killed everyone in seconds Rt- this brawler is a sniper, you know ehat a sniper should be able to do? One shot 75% of the brawlers along eith 2 shoting the tanks in mere 1.5sec Then this berry- this guy can heal,kill,also charge super by healing his teammates, Place his cum for what it feels like a year Then uh we have this mr.crab- What an abomination of a character man Whoever made this needs to get their thinking part of brain removed cause clearly they dont need it, The biggest reason i hate this brawler is bc he can keep his upgraded form even after death Compare it to surge he cant if he dorsnt use his 2nd sp And you know what this crab can do? Supercell managed to disappoint bro so much that he spoke out. Jokes aside, I am not only against them making new brawlers so op, I don't want them to release any more new brawlers at all. Like be more creative, there already are so many that it's hard to even remember their names. I often find myself in situations when in ranked I'm unable to find the brawler I want because there are so many I just keep on scrolling and can't find it. Like for fucks sake at one point the game had around 30-40 and it was so fun, now it's bs. By constantly adding new brawlers, adding fame, and forcing you to open star drops instead of being able to save then up like boxes, they essentially make it impossible for new players to max out their accounts. And the worst part is that they somehow managed to convince people that this scam is better than the boxes like hell no man, I don't need your useless fame thing, the pins, and a ton of bs skins, I want gadgets, hypercharges, star powers, and new brawlers, also resources so I can max them out.
Thanks for telling what is always frustating for me in Brawl Stars. Supercell always make broken brawlers for years, they never learn (certainly for cash grab). Like every new brawler brokes the mechanic. Example : Clancy has "level" power-up like Surge BUT when he dies, he DON'T LOOSE IT, staying broken (his speed, power-star, damage are ridiculous) all the game unless Surge... Cordelius has an unique power-star (why not) then we have some brawlers who have this power-star into a gadget (Lily) And i feel like all the balance changes arme almost every time a buff for many brawlers to keep them with the news one but never a nerf because they dont want to think too much about it...
seriously tho brawl stars has gotten the most no skill its ever been brawlers like lily with the damage of fang with a significantly faster unload speed and clancy who has equal dmg to bull with longer range same leveling concept as surge but better we even got mfs like tensai calling out brawl stars
I've been playing this game since 2019, still am addicted to it but I can't help but feel worried for the future of this game. It's so thrilling to see a big content creator and seasoned veteran finally speak up on the current state of this game. It was a enjoyable video and I agree with everything said, the week where Frank got a rework I did managed to get him to Rank 29, which I've never done before, and I remember that I was soo close to reach rank 30, but I couldn't make it because of the bug and then I tilted. It's obviously because they want money. They release a broken brawler, make a 20 dollar starting pack, and people buy it. Not even that, they also made the brawl pass cost money, they made brawl pass plus, mythic/legendary skins, and the list goes on. I think that this new team has a different end goal (make as much money as possible), and the old balancer actually wanted the game to be good. Unfortunately it's a new money hungry era for brawl stars.

My fav type of powercreep is when they decide to release Eve on steroids, with Eve/Mandy's gadget also on steroid, while also having very fast movement speed unlike other snipers. Also he has Hanks mechanic, except he gets realiable healing to patch Hanks biggets weakness, even though he has range to compensate the "no healing while charging attack" weakness, also also he can actually be inside bushes and not get revealed by his own attack:))))))))) Very fun, I love how he also gets microscopic nerfs while getting HC to compensate for it, AND THEN they also emergency buff the HC oh boy but can't let our shiny new toy be out of top 10 brawlers for less than an year can we?????????????? DW they will do the same thing to new brawlers this update, look foward for Clancy/ Berry HC, with barely any nerfs at all to make up for it TYYYY SUPERCELL❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Pretty much what I’ve been thinking. I started really popping off with Bull just before Clancy got released and I was winning games in every mode and getting 900 consistently every day while carrying every team, then this stupid piece of **** (I got a warning for using the actual word) gets introduced and I’m just helpless if he’s in the lobby. If I tank the super with my HC he just has it again. I tilted to 800 because I can’t do a thing. I’ve just deleted the game and if it doesn’t get better I’m not going to get it again
SC already said that they wanted new brawler to be broken at release, than neft it later. They did it to boost hype and stufs, it doesn't always happen but they probably know

I can't see any other reason for the broken brawlers on release, other than Supercell being greedy and wanting to earn more money. They make them broken so more people will buy the early access, and completely ruins the fun of the game for weeks.

I think, Drako is a good example, how too release new brawlers. They got him right. As a new brawler, he was strong, but balancly strong, a little good at all characteristics, and playable at all modes. Then one nerf was enough to make him ok, not at the top meta, but strong brawler yet

There is one reason why the dev team is making these decisions and that is because of investors (tencent). This company basically owns supercell and they only want money, that is why clash royal got ruined because tencent wants their money and made the game p2w. Now that supercell is popping off they are doing the SAME THING, the moment brawl stars popped off they made pre releases and yet i see no-one and especially big UA-camrs talk about it

Supercell managed to disappoint bro so much that he spoke out. Jokes aside, I am not only against them making new brawlers so op, I don't want them to release any more new brawlers at all. Like be more creative, there already are so many that it's hard to even remember their names. I often find myself in situations when in ranked I'm unable to find the brawler I want because there are so many I just keep on scrolling and can't find it. Like for fucks sake at one point the game had around 30-40 and it was so fun, now it's bs. By constantly adding new brawlers, adding fame, and forcing you to open star drops instead of being able to save then up like boxes, they essentially make it impossible for new players to max out their accounts. And the worst part is that they somehow managed to convince people that this scam is better than the boxes like hell no man, I don't need your useless fame thing, the pins, and a ton of bs skins, I want gadgets, hypercharges, star powers, and new brawlers, also resources so I can max them out.
I like how they didnt even do mid season fixes

Example : Clancy has "level" power-up like Surge BUT when he dies, he DON'T LOOSE IT, staying broken (his speed, power-star, damage are ridiculous) all the game unless Surge...
Cordelius has an unique power-star (why not) then we have some brawlers who have this power-star into a gadget (Lily)
And i feel like all the balance changes arme almost every time a buff for many brawlers to keep them with the news one but never a nerf because they dont want to think too much about it...

I've been playing this game since 2019, still am addicted to it but I can't help but feel worried for the future of this game. It's so thrilling to see a big content creator and seasoned veteran finally speak up on the current state of this game. It was a enjoyable video and I agree with everything said, the week where Frank got a rework I did managed to get him to Rank 29, which I've never done before, and I remember that I was soo close to reach rank 30, but I couldn't make it because of the bug and then I tilted. It's obviously because they want money. They release a broken brawler, make a 20 dollar starting pack, and people buy it. Not even that, they also made the brawl pass cost money, they made brawl pass plus, mythic/legendary skins, and the list goes on. I think that this new team has a different end goal (make as much money as possible), and the old balancer actually wanted the game to be good. Unfortunately it's a new money hungry era for brawl stars.

My fav type of powercreep is when they decide to release Eve on steroids, with Eve/Mandy's gadget also on steroid, while also having very fast movement speed unlike other snipers. Also he has Hanks mechanic, except he gets realiable healing to patch Hanks biggets weakness, even though he has range to compensate the "no healing while charging attack" weakness, also also he can actually be inside bushes and not get revealed by his own attack:))))))))) Very fun, I love how he also gets microscopic nerfs while getting HC to compensate for it, AND THEN they also emergency buff the HC oh boy but can't let our shiny new toy be out of top 10 brawlers for less than an year can we?????????????? DW they will do the same thing to new brawlers this update, look foward for Clancy/ Berry HC, with barely any nerfs at all to make up for it TYYYY SUPERCELL❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I started really popping off with Bull just before Clancy got released and I was winning games in every mode and getting 900 consistently every day while carrying every team, then this stupid piece of **** (I got a warning for using the actual word) gets introduced and I’m just helpless if he’s in the lobby. If I tank the super with my HC he just has it again. I tilted to 800 because I can’t do a thing. I’ve just deleted the game and if it doesn’t get better I’m not going to get it again

Honestly I quit the game every time they add a broken brawler and return after the nerf. Unless clancy gets nerfed, Im playing bs. It's just unplayable. Dealing like 7000 damage with only two hits from his super that can't even be missed.
