I have only been in Dubai since 1980, back then Abu Dhabi was the capital, after they decided not to go for a new capital city, thereby canceling the Jebal Ali City development, which was supposed to be the site for a new capital. Like i said, clearly I hadn’t done extensive research like you have done before saying that on public domain
