Great tips. I participated in my 1st pond tour last year as part of Houston koi and pond society and had a great turnout. I'm trying to get more involved since the club doesn't think they will do one this year bc of a lack of help and funds. We don't charge and had 29 ponds in 1 weekend. I only got to visit 10 in 1 day (over 200 miles!). These are great ideas for meeting I'm hosting this month to see if we can keep it going.

Great explanation of pond tours. Unfortunately, I live in California in a very small town with no Aquascape ponds to tour. However, I did visit with Gary, the Pondfather this past year in Titusville, Florida. Man, It is so much of an impact to see an actual pond at someone's home than watching on UA-cam! Gary had a pond tour on the internet, and I set up to visit one of Gary's clients at their home in Titusville as well. I am hooked on a Aquascape pond. Currently, I am just using a few products in a small Behlen Country Deluxe Fun Pool (approx.500 gallons). I am hoping to start out with a Aquascape DIY pond and see how that works out. If you get these pond tours dates set up for 2024 I want to know, but if there any in California that would be great. I just got to get my wife hyped to see these water features and ponds. And I love your job!
