I found it a bit emotional watching them in slow motion in the run up and then making the jump. I hope you make the time for more opportunities like this because they obviously feed your soul. This was such a fabulous treat.. My best friend was an equestrian and I was her side kick.. aka barn helper outer etc.. Her pony "Rusty.". didn't like her.. but he loved me... I sang to him! lol
Lenora I am so envious of your riding! I use to ride every weekend! I rode Western in the mountains of Tennessee! I had a Tennessee Walker! But in 2001 I got thrown and broke my back in several places! I have had six surgeries and live in constant pain! Please be careful kiddo!!!

Loved this so much! I broke my neck in a riding accident five years ago when I was competing on a cross-country course. It took me three years before I could ride again and now I only get to ride very occasionally (and on something very sensible). Horses are such wonderful animals, and nothing in the world compares to being in the saddle! Seeing the joy on your face says it all! Lovely vlog! 🥰

Gosh this Vlog has taken me back decades, I have loved horses from an early age, promised a shetland, which sadly never happened, I had the statues instead to admire, until I reached 25 when a friend of mine needed a willing capable person to care for her 5 year old Mare. Misty, the most amazing horse ever and a wonderful time. I had a car accident, 2001, which has left me with severn slipped discs from my neck to my lumbar, and feel that I could never manage the sheer muscle tone of a horse again, I would be bed ridden for weeks after if I attempted. My Husband has Motorsport running through his veins and I have the memories of fast hacks, the smells, and the zen feelings of being around horses., its emotional and exciting at the same time. I have to say, I am very jealous of your time in the north, I wept and wept, but in a good way. They of course, are very lucky, to have you around them also. Thank you Leonora., Big Hugs xx

Gosh this Vlog has taken me back decades, I have loved horses from an early age, promised a shetland, which sadly never happened, I had the statues instead to admire, until I reached 25 when a friend of mine needed a willing capable person to care for her 5 year old Mare. Misty, the most amazing horse ever and a wonderful time. I had a car accident, 2001, which has left me with severn slipped discs from my neck to my lumbar, and feel that I could never manage the sheer muscle tone of a horse again, I would be bed ridden for weeks after if I attempted. My Husband has Motorsport running through his veins and I have the memories of fast hacks, the smells, and the zen feelings of being around horses., its emotional and exciting at the same time. I have to say, I am very jealous of your time in the north, I wept and wept, but in a good way. They of course, are very lucky, to have you around them also. Thank you Leonora., Big Hugs xx

😓😡I am so so terribly sorry texting this🥹😡☹️😓But here in Iceland they have horses out side the whole year around in GRIMM FROSTY FREZZING SNOWING STORMY WETHER MANY SNOWFALLS AS WELL OVER WINTER TIME HORRIBLE.!!! HORSES FREE OUTSIDE IN THIS TERRIBLE WETHER😡🤔🥹🥲😡😡🥲🥲POOR HORSES HERE IN ICELAND! I hate this😡.I think anyone schoud not have more horses that they have shelter for (stalls?).This is as it was in the old days.Should not be happening today 2024 in my mind!😡What do you think?
