I had to take advantage of this weekend's deal for 1000 Gold (instead of the normal 7500 Gold) to finally unlock my 2nd Hangar! It's this weekend only and I would advize if you have the 5th slot unlocked and have the bots/weapons to go ahead and definitely take advantage of this deal (I've never seen this in almost 3 years of playing the game)
