OVERVIEW:
Knott’s Berry Farm is an amusement theme park in Buena Park, California, located close to Disneyland. It’s known for great roller coasters and other thrill rides, but there’s an entire section called Camp Snoopy with rides for kids.
Camp Snoopy has a surprisingly large collection of rides for kids, and is nicely decorated and themed to feel like a campground in the woods.
NOTE: Camp Snoopy is going through a remodel in which some rides will be discontinued and new rides will be added.
There are rides for kids only, such as an airplane ride that goes around in circles.
Many of the rides allow both kids and parents to ride together. There’s a nice long train ride goes through a section of the park. There’s a balloon ride which spun around in circles. A truck ride lets kids ride inside the truck while parents sit on top. A hang glider ride lets you lie down on your stomachs and fly around in a circle. There’s also a dizzy on a spinning boat ride, a bouncing car ride, a rotating bus ride, and flying swing ride.
There are also other rides in throughout the amusement park that young kids can ride on as well.
Knott’s Berry Farm in Southern California is a more affordable and less crowded alternative to some of the other theme parks the area, and our kids had a lot of fun.

PARKING:
There are several paid parking lots around the theme park, but they can get pretty full quickly.
FACILITIES:
There are multiple restrooms throughout the park, as well as many restaurants and food stands.

Can my one year old go and be able to enjoy some rides for her 1st bday?
You can probably take her on the train ride, but I’m not sure about other rides as they still do have a height limit and require kids to be in their own seat.

How old are your kiddos here? Im thinking of taking my son for his 2nd birthday!
Our kids were 3 and 5 at the time we went. Depending on your son’s height, he might not be able to go on all the Camp Snoopy rides shown, such as the mini roller coaster, but he should still be able to go on most of them.
How about 3 and 4 years old can they get in all the rides?
