    Thanks for this. Love this recipe. 2 questions : 1) how long can we store this inside the fridge? 2) Why lemon at the end? Can we skip? Worried about shelf life.

      It is good couple of months in fridge comfortably. If you want to skip lemon you can, I add for balancing taste. It won't spoil as it's pure citric acid and actually natural preservative from bacteria and other harmful organism 🙂
