I feel this rendition/his voice is a gift from the heavens; this is perfection. Everything about it, is really beyond words.
David Draimen was classically trained as a Cantor, which gives him such a range, and the ability to hit such pure single notes.

A Cantor is trained to be powerful. They are meant to convey to the congregation the many teachings of Judaism. David has taken that training and brought it to the world. I still get chills every time I hear it. Everything he sings is powerful plus all of Disturbed’s songs have much deeper meanings if you listen to the words. I just recently discovered them and I even love their harder songs. I’ve always liked mellow and never thought I’d be into metal. But David has drawn me in.

This is the only song that I have liked the re-make of it more than the original. The original by Simon and Garfunkel was very beautiful and it was a warning of what was to come. No one took the warning to heart and the world has continued to go down the wrong path. This is warning again and more strongly. We need to listen this time and stop making bad choices for our lives and for the world.
