Awesome collection. I owned some of them especially the Metal Gear Series Artbook, am super glad I picked it up new before it got expensive. Are you willing to collect Movie/Film artbooks as well? The Spiderverse, MCU artbooks, ready player one are good books to look at.
I tend to only buy art books for things I'm really interested in. For whatever reason I don't get that passionate about art books for movies. I love the Lord of the Rings but don't feel any desire to get an art book about them. Maybe I'll change my mind in the future. Do you have any good movie art books?
@@TheTherapistGamer I only have a couple, not a lot compared to my video game artbooks. I recently got the Mandalorian art book. I also got the Into the Spiderverse book and the Ready Player One art. My first ever movie art book was the Avengers Endgame. I just like getting them because I love the art direction and CGI effects in those films.
Thanks...just a personal comment. You had gorgeous long hair, though I admit you look great with the buzz cut. You did the same thing I did a number of years ago--cut off my long ponytail to a buzz cut and I've never grown hair back. I keep it a #1 or shorter. I like the look, feel, and convenience (though sometimes I miss my long hair!).
Hey man, nice video. I just recieved my copy of the Ghost of Tsushima art book. I haven't looked at everything yet, as surprisingly I have yet to finish the game, but my first impression is pretty good. It even contains a chapter about the upcoming Legens DLC. Maybe it would be worth checking it out.

As near as I can tell, you'll probably want to finish the game before you look through it just so nothing is spoiled.

Thanks for the feedback! I have been buying video game art books for many years and I am a big fan. However, when I go online to buy one I've noticed that virtually all of them are rated 5/5 by pretty much everyone. If everything is 5/5, how am I supposed to know which ones are actually good? If you only have $30 to spend you may be upset by spending it on a lame book when you might be able to get an amazing one instead. I remember that the Dark Souls book was rated 5/5 on Amazon, and I was so disappointed when I bought it and looked through it - it was so lazily put together and clearly no one put effort into highlighting the amazing artwork - it has mostly tiny, blurry images. So in my video review I am pretty hard on it. The art in the Horizon and FF15 books are exceptionally good and I love it, but both books have barely any artwork of the monsters/machines, and I found that to be very disappointing. Pretty much no one had reviewed the Killzone Visual Design book or The Order 1886 book, but I think both of those books are amazing in every way! So I do really like most of my books, but I had to develop some way of informing potential buyers which ones are better than the others. At the end of the day, though, I think people are likely to be excited about any book that is connected with something they love.
@@TheTherapistGamer yes i bought, like 3 artbooks in all my life, but thanks to people like you that show and review them i bought things im sure will very much enjoy. my latest buy was the spyro reignited trilogy one and while its gorgeous i would have loved it even more if it also had the 3d things and models on it, and the skyboxes, and more level and character sketchs, and the items chests gems etc, it reminds me of what you said about the ratchet and clank one. but i do not regret it! any chance you will adquire the crash 4 one? you have more serios game artbooks in this video but i would be interesed. in your thought once it gets on your hands
@@TheTherapistGamer the first 100 pages is the many different characters you could have had, very boring really, and the next 100 were just disappointing. I really enjoyed the artwork in fable 1-3 and there were not many pages of scenery. I guess as it was cancelled they didn't get too far along on that though.
The fact that you've got the Dragon's Dogma Design Works included is worth a like on its own. Such an underrated art book.
