- An adventure that spans most of Colorado and took us over a month to hike. Our tense encounter with Mountain Lions and the breathtaking beauty of the San Juans are things I will never forget.

Mountain Lions like the early dawn and late twilight hours to hunt for food.
Luckily we weren't on the menu. I'm pretty sure it was a mom with a teenager and they were eating something, which makes the whole thing a lot scarier looking back
