Heres a cool little thing I found out while fighting Petey Pirahna. If you lose nine lives in a single course, it activates "Super Katsune Luigi Mode" (for luigi and Mario, i just used the luigi example) and you become (almost) invicible. Give it a try when you're stuck on a hard level.
Now that the koopalings have been appearing in more games recently, I would really like to see them star in a Paper Mario game or a Wii U platformer or something else that fleshes them out more. Because right now, outside of the old Mario cartoons (which many people consider non-canon), they have no personalities of their own. They have voices, but unlike Bowser Jr they never actually talk. They don't have any one-liners when you fight them in SMA2 and SMA4 (unlike SMA1s bosses), they don't say anything in Superstar Saga, they don't talk period. Come on Nintendo, I'm sure your 3D handheld system can handle the koopalings talking more often, even if it's just a couple boss battle quotes.

+Daniel Royer King bill's ability fully reduces the opponent's defense, so that might help. Unfortunately I can't be sure as I haven't been able to test it, I'm only in world 4

Paper Jam gave them personnality and dialogues, and now Paper Mario Color Splash will bring their paper versions

When you have king bill on your team when fighting Roy, you can easily win whether it’s in the regular world or the special world
