Since they are in a dating simulator, Senpai and the girls in the back are looking at the screen since that would be where the player of the game is. However in the 2nd song, spirit slowly starts to take over the Senpai AI. Before the start of "Roses" Senpai breaks character. He gets mad and looks directly at boyfriend in both his portrait and main sprite, which is something he is not normally supposed to do. So do the girls in the background, as they kind of have an upset look, and seem to be somewhat starring at boyfriend. And for the final song, when he breaks out of the Senpai AI character, his focus is directly on boyfriend as now he can fully do what he wants, and not be restrained by being trapped in an AI character.

They said that “someone” told them that if they get the Girlfriend as their treat then they’ll get a special reward. That someone being the monster. But after Boyfriend and Girlfriend explain to them that they got tricked they instead had a rap battle with them! So the monster came to their house to get the Girlfriend himself after the Spooky Kids never coming back to him. That’s all the lore for Week 2 for now!

Week 7’s lore was revealed by Phantom himself on his recent stream. He says that there is suppose to be another week that explains why they’re at the military base. the Dad gives BF and GF airplane tickets to go on a vacation. The airplane ends up crashing and they both fall into a “desert”. I could only assume the desert is in Nevada and that specific week is when we fight Hank from Madness Combat, then after that, week 7 happens.

I noticed something, the normal game over screen only shows Boyfriend's skeleton, clothes and balls in x-ray, but the week 7 game over screens shows Girlfriend's skeleton, clothes AND hair, the hair of Boyfriend doesn't show up in any game over screen, which means that Girlfriend may actually wear a wig to hide her horns instead of having natural hair to hide them

I just discovered this game a week ago from smooth mc'groove doing acapella versions and I'm blown away, knowing why it ticked so many boxes for me, starting with the good songs with ddr gameplay and now learning it's just straight up the whole newgrounds catalog I grew up with. it's like a blast from the past rekindling all my childhood memories!

For Skid and Pump week, I would say it's just how they do. In Sr Pelo Spooky Month episodes, they just go place to place randomly (creepy alley with a clown, teenager girl room, etc) and do random things. So they probably went into the same house as GF and BF and were like "It's Spooky Month! Let's Spooky rap!"

The only other military grade people that could get into a facility as ridiculous as Tankmen’s home turf is one of the enemy team members, which would make sense in context, or Madness Combat’s Hank, who was confirmed to be playable in the future. Either those or a new and original soldier character.

For week 7, during a live stream with the artist, some lore was confirmed for week 7. Apparently, week 7 takes place after another week. In this other week, Daddy Dearest puts GF and BF on a plane... which I think they were promised a vacation by the parents. The thing is, the parents were tricking them. The parents dropped GF and BF off of the plane or something, in hope that BF wouldn’t survive. They knew that girlfriend would live due to her demon powers though. What they didn’t know, is that they GF and BF landed in a “restricted military zone.” Then, GF and BF started looking for someone and found the Tankmen, and that’s where week 7 starts. Don’t quote me exactly on that, but that’s the general story. It’s pretty interesting if you ask me.

This is slightly confirmed by one of the creators saying that Skid and Pump: "wanted the GF as their treat, like a prize to take". I believe this is a pretty convincing piece of evidence.

Week 2 has a story. Skid and Pump were trick or treating and Monster told them that GF was made out of candy so they go in and try to steal her, after they fail Monster just goes in and tries himself.
Lets be honest the spookez twins probably just broke in and shouted "its spooky month!" And just started dancing and bf was like "i can get down with that" and and brought out the speakers.

It's then revealed that the Spooky Kids were set-up by the lemon demon to get the girlfriend for him as he made them believe that girlfriend was the name of a candy or something like that. Upon beating them, the lemon demon shows up and confronts BF.

Week 7’s lore was revealed by Phantom himself on his recent stream. He says that there is suppose to be another week that explains why they’re at the military base. the Dad gives BF and GF airplane tickets to go on a vacation. The airplane ends up crashing and they both fall into a “desert”. I could only assume the desert is in Nevada and that specific week is when we fight Hank from Madness Combat, then after that, week 7 happens.
I've seen all sorts of meme of people making a fuss about "Steve" getting shot by Pico, when it's much more likely that the real Steve is the one driving the tank in the background

For Skid and Pump week, I would say it's just how they do. In Sr Pelo Spooky Month episodes, they just go place to place randomly (creepy alley with a clown, teenager girl room, etc) and do random things. So they probably went into the same house as GF and BF and were like "It's Spooky Month! Let's Spooky rap!"
Maybe lemon demon followed them or after the rap battle against them the lemon demon comes out of one of the candies they have

The only other military grade people that could get into a facility as ridiculous as Tankmen’s home turf is one of the enemy team members, which would make sense in context, or Madness Combat’s Hank, who was confirmed to be playable in the future. Either those or a new and original soldier character.

For week 7, during a live stream with the artist, some lore was confirmed for week 7. Apparently, week 7 takes place after another week. In this other week, Daddy Dearest puts GF and BF on a plane... which I think they were promised a vacation by the parents. The thing is, the parents were tricking them. The parents dropped GF and BF off of the plane or something, in hope that BF wouldn’t survive. They knew that girlfriend would live due to her demon powers though. What they didn’t know, is that they GF and BF landed in a “restricted military zone.” Then, GF and BF started looking for someone and found the Tankmen, and that’s where week 7 starts. Don’t quote me exactly on that, but that’s the general story. It’s pretty interesting if you ask me.
