    1. Haydari
    300 grams of strained yogurt
    Salt
    1 clove of garlic
    2 spoonful butter
    2 teaspoons full of dried mint
    2. Roasted salad
    4-5 roasted eggplant
    4 capia peppers
    3 green peppers
    2-3 cherry tomatoes (tomatoes were a little big, use more if too small)
    Half a bunch of parsley (I put some in it and used most of it in the presentation. If you want, you can chop all of the half tie directly into it)
    1 small onion
    Olive oil
    1 lemon
    Salt, sumac
    Pomegranate Syrup
    3 Beetroot yogurt
    1 beet (let's squeeze the juice after grating.)
    3-4 tablespoons of full strained yogurt
    1 clove of garlic
    Salt
    4. Hummus
    2 cups boiled chickpeas
    1 and a half teaspoon of cumin
    1 teaspoon salt
    Half a glass of tahini
    Half tea glass of water
    Quarter tea glass of olive oil
    1 clove of garlic
    Juice of 1 large lemon
    For the above:
    Walnut
    Buttered red pepper
    5. Mütebbel
    3 roasted eggplants
    4-5 tablespoons tahini
    3 tablespoons of yogurt
    1 clove of garlic
    The juice of half a lemon
    Salt
    Too little olive oil
    6. Acuka / Muhammara
    2 slices of bread (I used stale pita)
    1 handful of walnuts
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoons of pepper paste
    Salt, pepper, cumin
    Half tea glass of olive oil
