True, out of all the new things added into the game, Gallo seems very interesting. I was really interested seeing him revealed, his keyword is very appealing. Have loved going up against him even when I lose
Udyr should transform every time you use a stance swap. It would be so cool if you use a stance swap and it changes his stats and/or keywords one top or the stance swap buff.
I'm just playing Swain with Freljord AOE and Noxian Guillotine, it just kills everything while instalevelling Swain. It feels pretty nice. I'm not sure about how it does into that Fizz Riven deck, but I've got the board sweeps to kill Fizz, Three Sisters and Guillotine for the others, and some other stuff to pop spellshield and barrier, so I think it'll be fine?
I've been having a ton of sucess with Gnar Swain (maybe 10-0 idk). I feel like Noxus and bandle are actually the strongest regions. With a ton of pings Ravenous is a huge threat and you get culling for the formidables and scorched for big boys. Here is my list if anyone is interested lor.mobalytics.gg/decks/c85bmeb9e4spd1ug2stg and a Aurok Giga gromp untested version lor.mobalytics.gg/decks/c86r1dh51g24fgd1fksg
Imagine a card that granted an enemy Formidable such as a follower that grants an enemy Formidable when you play it or a spell that removes Formidable from an ally to give an enemy Formidable like mark of death or whatever does for Ephemeral. You could take big hitters and do some damage to them before granting them formidable and potentially greatly reducing their damage output
@@randowl404 well... from a grammatical perspective, yeah. The definition of the word formidable is something you wouldn't want to attribute to your enemy, but from a design perspective things are the opposite, the definition of formidable is "I strike with my health instead of my power" and you could very well want to attribute THAT to an enemy. Imagine someone hits their champ w Battle Fury giving them +8 +4, you'd probably rather they hit with their health than their power. Then, say you had a unit with formidable in play that had more power than health, it would be awesome if you could remove formidable from that unit and grant it to that enemy. I think some cards like that would be dope.
It's all I've been playing but I'm not hopeful. The issue I see is that as things settle, panth and lee will be back on top for higher ranks, and everything that counters them hits fiora even worse.
Formidable Freljord with Galio and Poppy. It's rare that Poppy dies and the 2 Mana stance change unit enables regeneration for your formidable units (or sometimes Poppy) and I don't think I need to explain why this is stupid. Let's just say it's not rare to have an 10+ broadwing with regen because of shield of durand and boar stance
Love the analysis and deck building effort. Thanks for suffering so much to try to make udyr viable KEKW. Hopefully they buff him soon. Also, what do people think of an udyr mountain drake deck? Regen or overwhelm stance on a mountain drake can feel very oppressive And can a yordlesmith poppy galio deck stack up against other galio variants?
Mogwai managed him to work in a scar ground deck Imo udyr has the same issue with what people thought was viegar problem before senna reveal both have a an important token card though udyr just needs more supporters cards that generates stance swap
@@dankmemes8254 thing is, the expansion is done, there are no more cards to be added. Maybe there is an unexpected combo in future releases, but as is, Udyr is lackluster.
I've been seeing that Ziggs/Gnar aggro, and beating it at a fine pace actually. It's more because of the deck handling of my enemies, they know the concept of aggro but doesn't properly use their champs to their advantage. They don't know how to time their pings right and ends up losing gas faster than they should.
Honestly, I've fought most of these decks alredy and honestly, they suck, against celestials that is. Galio is even a "fuck you in particular" situation That Soraka deck literally gets pentakilled by cosmic rays, and I know that because Aurelion is the biggest bro to ever exist Other than that you can Supernova Yuumi and if you lose to aggro your deck is alredy bad so- -Riven also gets countered hard by you just removing Overwhelm with Silence and Transform so the Paperdragon point is debatable-
Too disruptable, too proactive, too expensive, too slow [speed]. In runeterra at higher levels of play expensive slow proactive buffs tend to be too vulnerable. Xenith blade is acceptable since it is cheap gives overwhelm, stats, and draws another copy [value]. Redoubled vigor is not.
Swim I hope you literally take more time than you need to get out videos like from here on. I’m happy you didn’t grind your mind into dirt trying to get the decklists out on expansion day. Take care of yourself. :)

I was thinking of running Pantheon with Udyr, mostly because I love both. But they do seem to "work" together, have you given it any thought?

I'm so happy with how flexible Galio is looking. I can't wait to see how he develops.
Flexible stone
Yeah Galio is really cool imo, I do want to try him out with Braum because I think Braum can fit in really well.
True, out of all the new things added into the game, Gallo seems very interesting. I was really interested seeing him revealed, his keyword is very appealing. Have loved going up against him even when I lose
expect disappointment
Udyr should transform every time you use a stance swap. It would be so cool if you use a stance swap and it changes his stats and/or keywords one top or the stance swap buff.
It would be broken thoo too flexibleee
The buff Udyr needs is for his stances to be considered transformations for whoever they’re played on, because it will give him Nakotak Synergy
Props for choosing the path of putting out a video of high quality rather than a video on release that would probably get more views
I think viewing Udyr like a follower will start making the card make actual sense.
Loving the new decks and useful info as always! Any thoughts on making a slightly less bad Yasuo deck?
cut yasuo
Simple, cut Yasuo and keep everything else!

That would be cool, but from a design perspective, someone wouldnt want their enemy to be formidable

i really prefer the decks to be perfected than fast released tbh
is there a way yuumi and scout might work well together ?
Any chances fiora is back? Ive been trying fiora tarik and with the new cards it feels pretty nice.

All in Fiora Yuumi copium

I've been waiting for this!!!
Please upload some gameplay with the Fizz/riven deck. I'm getting giga stomped trying to use it.

"Udyr isn't isn't that good"
1 minute later: "I Never levelled udyr"
Geez, I think that applies to most champions.
the fizz riven deck is different in the link than in the video, is that intentional?
Bro try Yordle Ranger in Gallio/Soraka trust me it ain't bad.
Great vid! :)
So, you betrayed Fiora for Riven. I see...
Shame on you swim behave yourself
Honestly, I've fought most of these decks alredy and honestly, they suck, against celestials that is.

That Soraka deck literally gets pentakilled by cosmic rays, and I know that because Aurelion is the biggest bro to ever exist

That fucking mountain drake is nuts
Fizz + Riven + double attack = yes
Why is no one playing redoubled vigor with formidable? I feel like the full heal + doubling health would be great even at slow speed.
Do you think that Star Spring is a little bit of a bait?
galio shell looking a little bit too strong

It’s funny how it’s in the description but not on the pinned comment
Ok, but where is my fiora deck, mister swim?
I have High sucess with Tristana Yuumi Owlcat deck
publish your bandle tree swarm deck bro it's still private
it's a mobalytics bug. Some decks appear private even tho they're public. Try refreshing once every dozen of minutes and it should work
Swim u forgot to mention gnar yasuo
What about poppy galio?
Please make "meta mondays" again!
New fiora deck when?
swim what about the fiora deck don't leave me hanging like this
Petricite has been insufferable as I love prankster burn… kills all my elusives. Pranksters. If it gets granted tough it’s basically GG
Udyrs level up and payoff make no sense. He had the coolest animation but can’t even see it lol
Where's my fiora deck?
I'm having fun with targon fiora yuumi
Petricite broadwing is second win con
I hate all these new stat heavy decks with units that flip to unparalleled value for pinging the Nexus.
Inb4 they nerf papercraft into a 2/2 fearsome
I get clapped today by papercraft fizz. Legit broken deck lmao
Make udyr 4 cost and he will beocme god
Make a deck based on destiny’s call + attached units
Mogwai
Swim has always been bad at making decks but the kids think he is smart.
First!!!!!😀
I feel like frostbite should be changed to strike for 0
5th! 💜
Incredibly bad decks.
