Volunteers were taken from Gulags in Soviet Union (remember that USSR still exists in Prey timeline). Most of prisoners were uncomfortable for communists so they were judged for crimes they've never did. Ingram is imo 100% clean like father of Mikhaila (He was Ukrainian - Soviet Union territory). So killing him is the worst option if Im right. But remember that Ingram is warning you about other guys like him (Volunteer known as Will Mitchell).

If you kill him and re open the doors, a weaver will appear and create a new enemy. I was able to scan both new enemy and weaver. You do not have to fight the weaver in that encounter

Isn't it pretty clear that isn't true at all? In the Prey universe the USSR never dissolved and still continues it's pratice of gulags and making people disappear. It's pretty clear through Aaron's words and other documents you find that Aaron is just one of many people that were framed. You shouldn't believe someone is a pedo just because other person (in this case a state) told with no proof at all.
I didn't think much of prey, it has alot of shortcomings for me. This however was interesting to me, in real life I am against the death penalty. I was going to save him inspite the fact he obviously deserved to die. He started talking about the girls and I decided at that moment to kill him. I don't like the way the game haphazardly judges you for every like thing and even though I liked that it was a bit hamfisted. It describes that decision as objectively cruel at the end but I'm not sure it was. One of the biggest problems about the game for me was the ending. Forget about the fact that every decision you made in the game was pointless on several different levels but Alex and the others stand there in judgement of you even though they are objectively sone of the most vile human beings that have ever lived. Some people will thing the irony is cool or whatever but it's a problem for me. Just like about 80 percent of the game for me I just think it was a bit off.

Russophobia, and then a very poorly portrayed child molester, in a very very ambiguous way, where he is anguished, the victim, and even self critical. All you cant expect from a real criminal. When i encountered this character, i just pictured him as a leader of a human trafficking gang and automaticlally forgot about ambiguity. The thing is, Prey is not a bad game, it is just showing sings of overexploitation and so so quality, unfinished textures, not a great story, because it hasnt got happy endings, false moral choices, and it makes you waste a LOT of time.

If you shoot a gloo blob in front of the office desk in the hallway you can shoot the button for the door with your little rockets with ease.
Even though he's just an NPC I could never kill him for some reason. He always died every time I released him though
