I especially love the first one which was in the movie Amadeus…. They’re all awesome though!! What a great time that would have been watching the Great Composers perform their great works!!
- No. 1 in D major (0:00) - No. 2 in G major (1:48) - No. 3 in E-flat major (3:34) - No. 4 in F major (5:14) - No. 5 in A major (7:09) - No. 6 in C major (9:45) *This is confirmed by an actual orchestral score of the piece*
lol, this automatically popped up after Ein Musikalischer Spaß (I'm with friends; trying to explain the joke of that very musically silly piece)... I guess my point is: even "serious" Mozart can be funny.
" even "serious" Mozart can be funny." This is such a contradiction! Why are you surprised when Mozart is being funny? Most of his music isn't serious at all. It just so happens that his more serious pieces are better known in our time, but they are the minority amongst his works.
@@TimrathWell Tim, I don't even like this rendition anyway... It's too fast to dance to. The tempo is ridiculous, and the phrasing is distinctly "un-German"... You're funny, but not in a good Mozart way... Talking shit seven years ago... Leck mich im Arsch! 🤪💩
Im a bit confused as to why it says the first dance is in C major. In the score it says D major, and this recording is in fact in D major. Not a big deal, Im just a bit curious. ComposersbyNumbers is a great channel though.
This is REAL dance music. Absolutely cracking

I love the last one!!! It´s like the grand and magnificent finale of a great majestic C - major symphony!
yes - Im listening to a CD of german dances and this last one really made me take notice

9:44 is in C Major !
Not in F Major.
perfectly executed
thanks
I feel wrong... I feel wrong being here...
All references aside, these are some of the all-time best dances from Mozart.
I often forget about the subtle but wonderful scene this is used in. Love the reference
Why?
Dance number 3 looks like it’s more of a dance in E-flat Major more than Bb Major
Perfecta 👌 me gustan mucho.
Number N.3 (3,29) is mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.-

Mozart is almost always being funny
I meant in his music but yeah

Who believe that Mozart composed 4 contredanses of K,509 in 30 minutes in front of Pachta earl.

My mistake! Thanks
Wow! If I tried waltzing this fast, I'd trip over my own feet after the first two steps at the most! Slow it down!
The conductor probably had to catch a bus.
se trata de un arreglo de estas danzas alemanas.
No es un arreglo, sigue estrictamente la partitura.
Si uno mira la partitura es exactamente así. En otras palabras lo que se escucha aquí es lo que está escrito!
Willi dear, IT'S TOO FAST!!!
???
how fast should it be in 3/8 time marked as quarter=72?
Sure James, I never heard KV 509 played at this breakneck pace.
Here, lemme take ur spot 😂
No estan Estan Rocococo.
