    Happily your two-year old video on Soy Curl Jerky popped up on my screen this morning, and you described the how and why a little differently, and got my attention. I think it is that you do not fully re-hydrate the Curls before you de-hydrate them! I have just received my first delivery from Butler, and so I got to work using seasoning that is my go-to. May have over-dried them a touch, but they are delicious, and I believe will help me overcome my lifelong addiction to potato chips. Thanks so much for this upbeat, excellent video!

    I made these already after watching the video, I didn’t have steak seasoning or tomato paste so I made them teriyaki flavored with some sauce I had, they’re really good!
