I bought a signed itzy album off mwave too but I still haven’t received it. They even emailed me saying if I wanted to pay extra shipping to receive my album, and I responded with them that I did. But they never replied back :/ it’s been two weeks since I emailed them that...

I don’t know if you figured this out yet but in the email it says you have to respond to them on the mwave website in the “contact us” section and they usually respond really quickly in a day or two but they only respond on the website

Never buy albums from mwave. I’ve ordered twice from them and never received my album. It was my izone album and the first time i was refunded but the second time I never got anything. $60 gone lol.

A group order is an easier way to purcase any merch or albums from websites. Usually the shipping prices can be very expensive
because the goods are from Asia. When ordering trough a GO you save on shipping fees and when choosing unsealed albums you
will have a higher chance in getting your bias
