To paraphrase what a lot of guys have said, we know what we have in Minshew, and we've probably seen his ceiling. We don't know what Aidan's ceiling is, but I think on arm talent alone, he's got Minshew covered. He can throw it deep with accuracy and force defenses to honor Tucker's speed. If he's dragging 2 guys deep, that leaves DA, Mayer, Meyers, and Bowers singled up and linebackers covering RB's. This offense is going to be dynamic.

AOC success will be dependent on our Oline and run game. We can’t put pressure on him to always win games with his arm for us and I’m ok with this, see Christmas game last year.

I hope Aidan really proves me wrong. I just don’t think he’s THE guy. Imo for him to be our franchise QB he needs to showcase that we win “because of” and not “win with”. Because our defense may be stacked, but I would not be confident if our team wins solely because of our defense. I wanna see WAY MORE out of AOC.

I'll say what i said last preseason, #4(now 12) was gonna do what the other #4 did before him, take the starting job, and not let it go. Here we are, and he is the consensus QB1.
