Redd I was supposed to have the sleeve surgery today, to lose weight, but I got sick last weekend I was put in the hospital, because my pressure dropped so low, and my heart had to be shocked back around, so the doctor but me on blood thinner, and the surgery had to be put off for next month, but when I watch you, I changed my mind about the surgery, I weigh 314 pounds now, I’m 52 years old, and trust me you’re helping me, I live in Atlanta, the only reason I go to LA Fitness, because I work out in the swimming pool, only because my knees are bad, and the water holds my weight, keep up the good work babygirl❤❤❤

I don’t know her story but from observation Redd seems to hold on to past hurts. She is a testament to a lot of people but this is her truth when she cries. She may see it as being vulnerable but it is more inspirational for others. Coco good job on the validation of her feelings and letting her be heard. WNM is awesome.
Red we all are so proud of you. Sometimes crying 😭 does help make you stronger. So cry whenever you feel like it. It will keep pushing you to the next level. Red you got this. And if you have to skip a day or two then tell your coach you need a day off. Only you know your body. So please don't hurt yourself. Take a break when you need to. Do not overdo it. Believe us all we understand what you are going through. We feel your pain. I be dreading it as well. But like you say.. We love our fucking results. But if you don't feel up to pushing your body then don't. But please don't give up or quit. You have come way to far to quit or give up now. And yes, you are doing this for you health wise. So hang in there. We are with you 💯.❤

Redd you do inspire us, but feel what you need to push through without worrying about us. We NEED THESE MOMENTS! They also count and are an inspiration. So many ppl only show the highlights, gym wear, makeup done, best lighting etc. The fact that you are vulnerable is helpful bc I have a ton of weight to lose … so we get that pain. That is why most ppl don’t do what you are, so know that you’re a real one for this you can have these moments. Do it for you! We know you’re going to show up. In the words of Katt “I know I’m coming, they know I’m coming” ❤

Redd is soooooo funny! Put that jump rope down 😂❤. Reddd have you seen how much weight you have lost? Take it from somone who has lost 65 lbs of weight, and gained 40 of it back. It is hard to get started again from zero, it’s better to be struggle to the next level of greatness. I was working out twice a day at one point 🙏🏾you have to work harder to break more weight loss 🤷🏾♀️❤
