I loved when the 225 and the HST was coming at the same time everyone was freaking out and someone shouted “THIS IS NOT GONNA END WELL” fantastic video
I like the horns. Highland Cheiftain was the best. Your friends you went with are funny. That video was taken on the same day that Union of South Africa came past my home!
I believe that is correct i think the 90's are still limited to 110mph despite line speed being 125mph for the majority of the route from London to Newcastle
Dear Friend: I am going to travel to England next year and since I am a railroad fan, I want to know that station near London allows me to observe trains at high speed. Sincerely, Fausto Brindisi from Argentina
Thank you very much for your attentive and prompt response Richard, I see that Stratford can be reached by the London underground, the ideal would be to allow me to be on the platforms an hour or two to observe the rail transit or not necessarily Eurostar, any other station London suburban, with trains at 125 mph would be enough. Greetings Fausto.
@@RichardChalklin Thank you very much for your quick response to my question, I will keep it in mind for my next trip. Sincerely, Fausto from Argentina
I love the enthusiasm of the spotters here. Everyone needs a hobby and it's great to see you all enjoying it.

It is a crossing. I can tell that by the W (Whistle) sign. No trespassing
Nice video..
The 1Y84 was formed off 43277 and 43302, not 43312. I know this as I was on that exact service lol
Great vid! Are the class 90's limited to 110mph when hauling the 225 Mk4s or are they permitted to run faster? Many thanks, Mark.
I believe that is correct i think the 90's are still limited to 110mph despite line speed being 125mph for the majority of the route from London to Newcastle

Stratford International would be a good spotting point. It is in East London and it is relatively easy to access
@@faustobrindisi5745 They actually go 140 mph through there

Why so many diesel operating trains on fully electric routes, appears strange in view of greenhouse gas emissions?
The diesel HSTs have been replaced by Class 800 “Azumas” which can run on electric and diesel.
Only the HSTs
8:15 is world speed record hst
This video was filmed on my birthday (FEB 2ND 2019)
10:10 Not Stop
Indeed.
There’s a crossing there
Perhaps if the guy who liked sticking his hand out was wearing a more visible coat and not black gloves he'd be more visible...
