I also use these blankets I also used 2mm floor underlayment on them for sound proofing my windows.and doors.
Exactly what I was looking for! Looking for theater room ideas. If I can "pretty" these up a bit, they might work really well. Perhaps slapping these right on the wall, then covering the blankets and wall with cheap and nice looking curtains. Also, how are you lighting your wall with the colors? Would also look dope in a theater room. :)

I use some smallrig clamps to attach them to my drop ceiling that way I don’t have to deal with any stands. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

Wonder if Exra mic stands work
Depends on the stand. You’ll want something a little more heavy duty as the blankets weigh a little more than normal blankets. In the example I used amazon basic light stands and they work, but I wouldn’t trust them for a long period of time because they bow with the weight. I hope this helps and thanks for watching!
