It's a great project we'll done. As a motorcycle mechanic for over 40 yrs I'd like to point out a couple of things. The shock is losing around 30% of it travel when you sit on it. It should have sag but nowhere near that amount ( it's not a mtb) Whoever said the rake is to steep is right. It might be worth getting a frame designer it to take a look at it. Just my opinion Like I said before well done that took a lot of hard work to get it where it is.
@ladiandmargaret to me it looks like the linkage is wrong but very hard to say how to fix it from just seeing a video of it. The ratio (lengths) on the linkage makes a huge difference. Look at Honda and Yamaha MX bikes for reference.
@ladiandmargaret from the video it looks like it moves 30 + percentage when you sit on it. So if it has 180mm travel you're loosing 60mm. It also looks like it let's the swing arm travel at the same rate and doesn't ramp up. But this is all from watching, if there's a M/C frame place or suspension place near you it might be worth them looking at it. I could be totally wrong, it's just something doesn't look right
i love it, i think it's mostly perfect. id like to add my suggestions to the subframe assembly, specifically. 1- while still retaining your 18/21 wheels, have a Small Medium and Large subframe option. keeps the seat in the same forward to back position, just adjusts the up and down geometry by about an inch each. 34, 35, and 36 inches would be about right. use the same four mounting bolts for all for all three subframes. 2- extend the subframe out a bit farther, to have the ability for a small luggage rack behind the rider. if the bike is positioned as a commuter, you need to have the option to carry more than the storage compartment inside the subframe will offer. wearing a backpack on a bike sucks. this will also offer a bit better mud and rain protection when getting slung off the back wheel onto your back. 3- the storage box inside the subframe could have panels that attach to the outside edge of the tubing, vs inside, so you can take advantage of that extra space? 4- i would consider a slightly longer/wider/thicker seat for all day comfort. and possibly a bit bigger rear taillight for better visibility to cars behind you. experience: 2013 Honda CRF250L owned since new, 80,000 km ridden 70% dirt and mountain roads, street, trail, single track, enduro, mini adventure riding, moto camping, multi day multi week multi country rides
I thought similarly, but using the exact same subframe but having multiple holes to mount so you can move the seat up down forward and backwards to a certain degree.
Not sure if the shock can handle it, but a tandem seat would be nice (it could be sold as an option or an add-on). Another option would be a seat+rack option or a rack add-on). Also, for adjustability, you could add 2-4 extra mounting holes to all 4 mounting points of the seat (maybe with silicon plugs to use in the holes not in use)
As you move the subframe lower down the frame, you’ll increase the reach to the bars. They just need to offer subframes with different bends for different sized riders
WOW!! Great to see how it's developing! Motocross, Super Moto and Enduro riders will all say an elongated seat, to be able to shift your weight further back sometimes, and still have full contact with the bike is a GOOD thing.
Your bike is impressive but it is nothing compared to the job you have done with mentoring Pavel. Job very well done on both counts. Thanks for the share.
I love it, my only concern would be my legs and in particular my knees around those yellow bars especially in an accident or on a really bumpy trail, this could probably be addressed with padding etc so not really a big problem, great work, goes like a rocket!
The storm you were facing at 10:06 had a wall cloud from a super cell storm called the Mesocyclone. A low hanging cloud in the storm that can cause rotation and tornadoes. Cold, dry air colliding with warm moist air creates instability causing wall clouds. In mountainous locations these results are less likely. With no mountains, in the plains the chances are higher for more wall clouds, severe storms. Gorgeous storms.
You should move the controller towards the steering assembly. I would go as close as you can. Otherwise the wheel will kick rocks at it and damage those beautiful black fins. If you have it near the steering assembly, and still on the bottom of the battery housing, you'll still get a pretty direct air flow for cooling but the wheel guard will protect it from any rocks the wheel kicks up.
Impressive! I keep seeing a rear fender that mounts hinged on swing arm end caps acting as chain guard also. Opposite end floating under seat. Then could be easily lifted up and back for maintenance . Pivoting on spring loaded hinges...That's HAVOC!!!! Also couldn't you install solar strip on top of battery housing that charges a decent size capacitor , that in return keeps battery pack charged longer if ran in a series....Solar,Cap,Batt,Motor. Proper environmental conditions may be self charged. Game changer. I have designed. Contact me if interested.
Looks really cool! Considering you'd like it to be comfortable for tall people, it would be nice to have an adjustable seat. The frame for the seat looks simple enough, that it might have a "slide-able" extensions, to move the seat a little further, which can be adjusted on the go, depending on who's driving or what terrain they drive in.
I don't get why you would change the tires and rear shock. You have a completely open downtube. Either put multiple mount points along the downtube so the seat can be mounted higher/lower or make the yellow seat subframe a hinged parallelogram that can be bolted at any angle.
Just a thought: Where the rear tire support attaches to the center of the bike; At that point you could attach the rear/bottom seat attachment point, which would provide a stronger seat support and less stress on the battery bank housing. Again just a thought as esthetically it may not be as pleasing to the eye as your current design. Still, it would strengthen your design.
I have just a couple of questions that I didn't see answered yet: Will there be any DIY plans available for those of us who want to build one ourselves but customized for our tastes/preferences? Does the onboard charger have the smarts to connect to AC EV chargers (reading max current) (multi voltage 120, 208, 240)? What is the suspension travel amount for the rear tire? At what speed is the stated range of 75 miles taken? What about at 65 mph? Loving the project 👍
Just manufacture different subframes with different seat heights and size them like one would with a bicycle purchase. The mounting points for the subframe would remain the same and you won’t sacrifice suspension travel or the advantage of larger diameter wheels. Cheap easy fix
Was going to say exactly the same thing, as it seems like the simplest and easiest option for shorter riders. There’s plenty of negative space below the current seat, so can’t see a reason not to go down the route.
Motorcycles sell with one seat height, I don’t think we’ll go this route. All the accessories we plan won’t fit and we would create massive variety of sizes, shapes and options.
@@ladiandmargaret well some do sell with thinner seats, but most don’t simply because the packaging doesn’t allow for it as there simply isn’t room for a lower position. Also most bikes aren’t built so that even a 6’2" person would struggle to flatfoot it like yours. You have acres of empty space underneath your seat frame, so you could make a lower seat frame as a cost option. Weird you can’t see that honestly. If these ever take off in significant volume, guarantee an aftermarket manufacturer would be churning out lower seat frames.
my thoughts exactly. just have a Small Medium and Large subframe option. keeps the seat in the same forward to back position, just adjusts the up and down by about an inch each id imagine. 34, 35, and 36 inches would be about right. use the same four mounting all for all three subframes
I absolutely love the minimal look and design of this motorcycle. But being heavier tall guy I'd prefer more vertical heavier rear support for seat. Seat could be lower and use blocks to raise seat or tall foam seat. maybe make it even longer wheelbase. OH and if at all possible solid mag wheels, no spokes. Probably not possible. Would radically change the looks, which is criminal. But I'm all about practical over looks. Your an amazing engineer!
This bike looks amazing! Make the charger replaceable please! and I think more mounting points in general would be a good idea-not just for the seat, but for other customizations: you mentioned this frame having lots of space to work with (per your example of a hard case). If you include some regular mounting points with a standard bolt size you could get a lot of inspiration from community additions from your first batch of customers building their own cases, gps mounts, lock mounts, etc
Other people have probably mentioned it before, but the angle of the fork looks a little too steep, slack out the angle a lil bit (just copy the angle of a similar sized and powered motocross) and its gonna handle way better in tough terrain. Sick build tho!!
Love the stance of the bike and the width of the handlebar not to mention the upright seating position. It looks intimidating at first sight but watching you ride it impresses me.
The seat bracket can let you do so many custom options. A lower seat and some further reaching back motorcycle handlebars. Give a bit more of a bobber seating style. Probably want some sort of fender flares, also those wheels look a bit small compared to the bike. Overall this bike is so cool! Great videos :)
6:58 - I'd think that 2 plates welded diagonally from the existing seat frame mounts would give people options for seat height and they could move the lower mounts or the upper mounts individual or move them simultaneously to pull the seat closer to the bike or further away, depending on the riders size and weight of course.... Maybe a plastic container could be added inside the seat frame as a sort of "Glove box" for storage that should be lockable and removable. That would make this thing a great grocery getter or to run errands locally.... I'd love to test this where I live in the Appalachian Mountains of PA. 😁👍🖤
Been missing your videos! Glad to see you guys back on. The bikes look fantastic fun but for UK public road riding, they'd need to be registered & the rider needs a motorbike licence. Would be great fun on private land.
With speeds more than 100km/h you’ll want to consider motorcycle brakes, more expensive yes, but a lot safer in commuter riding. Keep up the good work!
@@ladiandmargarethonestly I’d take it a step further and say that there are plenty of ways you could get away with using bicycle brakes on a build like this. It doesn’t make sense to do, but you could always put 3 calipers on each brake disc
Thanks for all the vids you've made. Have to say, currently, the channel feels like it's all about selling bikes rather than more balanced combination of vanlife, home creation videos. I'd like to see what is happening in the building projects. You've clearly started to add the 2nd floor to the warehouse home... 4 of the last 5 videos are about selling the cyberbikes.
We currently don’t have anything else to make videos about. Past 6 months we’ve been developing havoc and we are very proud of it. The building is under construction but it takes months to collect enough content worth one video.
I’m truly amazed how good international projects can be based in the Czech republic ❤ I actually live like 25km from you guyz! Awesome! Wish you all the best
Great product. Seriously. Some small ideas for you. For seat adjustability: It seems that the seat is connected to the chassis by four bolt points. Couldn't you create some threaded holes at lower heights? If there is a structural limit for the attachment points, then an optional seat frame which slopes to a lower point. Since this is a bike for the modern age and beyond, it should have built in discreet cameras. Full 360 degrees and maybe even more, like helmet/rider POV. This will enhance insurance liability as well as theft control, so build in streaming to a cloud server or a social media platform. This and a LoJack will discourage theft. You're awesome, keep up the great work!
What about drilling 4 more holes and reposition your yellow seat frame down. It would be the simplest in my humble opinion. You could add a gel seat and add a little height to it and shape, then add more seat frame positions.
Love the bike. In the past I bought your plans and built your first bike. My battery went bad though so I have not ridden in in a couple seasons. To much 0-70mph pulls!(200amp controller with 3.5t motor) Anyway I agree the seat needs more adjustability. I would not want the tire size to besmaller and sacrifice top speed. Maybe play with the shock length as you said. Also I'd make different seat frame options or make it adjustable somehow. I'm 5.5 ft tall with a short inseam unfortunately. Did some measurements and I'd need about 800ish MM tall seat height or less. Looking to upgrade. I appreciate the time you have spent on the prototype. I'm looking to upgrade if it I can actually fit on the bike. All the best to you and Margaret!
Nice built! 1 thing I would suggest is to reposition the rear brake lever from left hand to right foot to get closer experience of riding full size motorcycle. Looking forward to see the final product.
Looks awesome! But how much suspension travel is there in the rear? Doesn't look like much at all. Could the top of the shock mount be extended to fit a longer shock? The built-in charger is a must. I find it crazy that all ebikes don't come with it. It could probably prevent a lot of fires by ensuring the proper charger is being used.
you could have the seat frame pivot on the top two mounting point and mechanically lock onto the bottom ones so its easy to flip up. actually could have it pivot and come completely off, so you could swap it without any tools. just a thought
I found surron has 46 degrees steering angle. I measured havoc, it’s 45. Steering angle was a big consideration for me. I had bikes with small angles and it becomes very cumbersome in tight situations. Big angle and reverse is super dynamic combination!
I agree for shorter people lowering the seat would be a much easier way and should be an option. I do not want to sacrifice ride height with a smaller Tire and suspension.
Great Job! looks like a blast to ride. I agree with the previous post about the rake of the front forks and I would also set the foot pegs further back so they are not so far forward. The seat also looks plain and you referred to this as a cafe racer but it lacks the styling of a cafe racer. I would improve the seat and maybe create a fake tank so you can store goods and add to the look. I would love to own one.
I‘d be interested in such a bike, but for that I would need it to be accepted to run officially on streets in G, CH or F. I bet it would require stronger breaks. And, lower seating position … this is even higher than my BMW GS … for no obvious reason. So make available two versions: one for 170cm (you do want to tap the women market as well!!) and one for 185cm. Keep going!
WELL DONE! I'm recommending adjustable height or alternative parts to alter the height and adjustable seat length. Can you please create a cruising bike with high range (at least 200 km), at least 150 km/h max speed with comfortable design. I would love to see something like that, especially with some options for bags for travel.
Height suggestion, give 3 or more locations directly downward, say 25mm (roughly 1in.). That would be 100 to 125mm height adjustment without losing the suspension height. Also, dual front disk brakes
Hi. I'm from Russia. As for the installation of the more powerful QS138 engine, it is very low for enduro forest roads, and we also need a shield under the engine to protect the engine - and I will forgive you to fix this in the second series of releases by raising the engine installation higher. Otherwise, it's a perfect bike.
Not that i know how to do it, but, maybe a way to easily unlock and turn the handle bars sideways would be great, this way it's a thin package, no handle bars sticking way out. You'd only need a comparatively small gap/bay to put them in. There should indeed be a compartment under the seat, for helmet and chain to be able to lock your bike up to something at the very least. And if you make those with EU plugs, oh yeah.
I've owned a 2017 Zero SR since 2019 (I bought it used, but have owned it for 5 years). Here are my tips to make your motorcycle profitable: 1) Your 'open' frame is going to be your most important design element. Why? Because it 'can be filled'. With a helmet, groceries, stuff in general. One of the BIG downsides of any motorycle is lack of storage. They are only good for hauling 1 person around. You can't run to the store and get milk, or store your helmet securely in the bike. Your open design really lends itself to on/in-bike storage capacity. Urban riders will kill for that functionality. 2) The BIG thing holding back EV's is 'charging time'. On a level 2 charger, my Zero takes 4 hours to charge. That's 3.5 hours to long. Put in fast-charge capability. This way people will feel free to use the bike without fear of running out of juice. It also reduces the impact of short range. If people know they can charge in 30 minutes, they won't care about range or battery size (as much). 3) Make an 'urban' version, with tires meant more for the road. Knobbies look cool, but range/handling/comfort improve with road orientated tires. - I see your bike is for sale for $7,500ish... I bought my Zero used for $10k. (less than 2k miles). The Zero is far more 'real' bike... Lower your prices...
The storage is the next project once we finish the design. Subframe has plenty. We already have fast charger built in. Tires are possible. Price is still undecided, thanks for feedback.
Being customers will be charging from random locations, you may want to add a thermal/temperature sensor to the plug end in case of pulling more power than the socket could handle and automatically regulate amount of power being pulled from the wall socket to prevent fire or damage.
What about a rear fender? In the wet weather, mud or other fluids you may ride through, it may be necessary 💩. (Depending on what major u.s. city you may be riding in.) Great work, Sir. Thank you for sharing this with us. It shows that you put your blood, sweat, and tears into all of your builds. Keep up the good work. Quality is important to you and it shows.
Very Nice, ive been impressed with your biulds since day 1, your {You's} are a smart little team in a market thats just impressing me every week it seems with new ebike technology i honestly cant imagine what we will be riding around 10years from now as i have a new controller coming for my DownHill 72v SantaCruz build today which for a bike that soaks up the bumps cracking 80kms pretty fkn quik iss insane any body that i let ride it blow out and ive had motorbikes since 7yrs latest fast cars , bikes and skis so takes a bit to impress me performance wise and i just cant wait to fit and test new controller can make or break a machine love your brains and charger set up and would love to get one to Sth Australia to awesome Clivey getting ElectroFried
I've been watching your videos for a long time, thank you very much. I got long Covid, and during the Covid lockdown I had my B-52 Bomber Bike stolen. I built this bike before the Ebike surge and before Covid and I loved riding it. When I showed the video of the bike being stolen, to the police, they said, "sorry we can't help you". So anyway, to make a long story shorter.................. Thanks for building the idea I had for my next bike. By the way, I haven't even finished watching this video yet, But there's a bike out there called "Ranger". It has an adjustable seat that works with a pneumatic tube, and it works on the fly. Anyway great job on the bike. I want one please. Thank you very much again. Have a good day. Namaste. doug
I love the entire build from scratch espesially the battery and frame very inovative. as a tall guy my self and new to the world of e-bikes im really interested in one day having one ur desighn fits me and my needs well if i may ask price and availability ? Very well done and thank u for the amazing content !✨️🧡👍 cheers and safe travels !
Why not using plates with 3 inline holes for mounting the seat frame in different heights. Changing wheel size and or suspension would change geometry ...
the only thing i would is ask if it would be possible to add extra bolt holes to be able to adjust the seat height but over all it's a great looking e-bike or e-motorcycle.
Congratulations on your project! I'm not planning to own an ebike yet because I know time will come,an innovator like you is on the way, will it balance if placed on a dirtbike stand? It looks like the battery is too long extended near the front wheel, its not a dirtbike but a rider that hits a bump will not just seat as you mentioned the riders weight will balance the weight as seated.
The front part of the seat needs to be slimmer to allow”sitting on the “tank” and performing aggressive cornering off-road. The seat may need to continue up to the handlebars more.
cool project. keep in mind that alot of countries these need to be registered to be ridable. double mirrors and turn/brake lights are often a requirement for that
Love the bike it looks awesome! I would be doing more on road riding so 17inch supermoto wheels is the first thing I will change to. If you test it in that configuration so your future customers will have an idea how it will work.
Amazing project well done. Also just your entrepreneurial mindset, it is very rare to witness this. On another note, 113 km/h, is the front break not a bit to small for speeds like this. I have no clue, i can only compare to my motorbike (Honda Africa Twin) which has to big front breaking disks. The foot rests also look like they are a bit narrow (close to each other). So only these two points from me, nothing campared to you have designed this great e-bike. I know it is a much bigger job that people think. Looking forward to see the final product.. 🙂
Have you thought of mounting motor directly on the wheel hub or at the end of swingarm thereby doing away with a chain? Also enabling reverse and better regen?

Are we talking about the front suspension? We already have shock with stronger springs. We are not aiming for this bike to be MX.

Probably want some sort of fender flares, also those wheels look a bit small compared to the bike. Overall this bike is so cool! Great videos :)
Planning a seat configuration for 2? You guys are amazing creators across the board! Cant wait to see more on the 2nd story of the shop!!!
It’s very easy to legalize in the UK and many of our customers have already done that.
That's really interesting. Will have to have a look at this. As I am interested in one👍🏻
With speeds more than 100km/h you’ll want to consider motorcycle brakes, more expensive yes, but a lot safer in commuter riding. Keep up the good work!
I agree. That’s why we already use motorcycle brakes.
@@ladiandmargarethonestly I’d take it a step further and say that there are plenty of ways you could get away with using bicycle brakes on a build like this. It doesn’t make sense to do, but you could always put 3 calipers on each brake disc
No, that’s more expensive solution with less braking power.
@@aaronhambek6362 that would just put too much heat into the rotor.
Amazing! I am excited to see your next innovative idea. I'm saving money for this bike. It is truly one of those "Take my money!" items.
Why not fill the empty space in the middle with cargo storage for hunting or camping trips or even more battery power for extended range
I agree. We are only 2 people for the development. It all takes time to do things right.
We have no issue with the seat. What exactly are you proposing?
@@ladiandmargaret they are referring to height adjustability. I commented something similar.
I see
Love the bike.
@@ladiandmargaret you said you wanted to do something different for shorter people. Maybe I'm mistaken, Sorry
5 seconds to 62 mph...Thats crazy. I want one.
And I also like it when it narrows in the area of the steering column to increase the turning radius.
Big turning radius was a big goal of mine and out of all the bikes we currently offer this one has the biggest radius.
@@ladiandmargaret
It is necessary that the steering column looks similar Surron
Why? Surron is one of many bikes
@@ladiandmargaret
Because its frame tapers to the steering column, and it won't hurt you in your project.
It’s a coffee racer daily use bike, not stylistically. We are planning on making the seat storage unit. Once we finalize the design.
Feature suggestion: add a backrest? looks like this is only for 1 person anyway so might as well add it for long commutes.
Keep going!
I like the design. seems like you can enclose that area and use it for storage.
It would be nice if you use the space between the seat and the battery as storage space
❤❤❤Your work is amazing. I wish you and your team success
ahh man i wish i could have the resourses to build a bike on my own like you did
WELL DONE!
I'm recommending adjustable height or alternative parts to alter the height and adjustable seat length.
Can you please create a cruising bike with high range (at least 200 km), at least 150 km/h max speed with comfortable design. I would love to see something like that, especially with some options for bags for travel.
you can make the whole seat piece customizable, someone can buy whatever shape they want and screw it on
Height suggestion, give 3 or more locations directly downward, say 25mm (roughly 1in.). That would be 100 to 125mm height adjustment without losing the suspension height.
Also, dual front disk brakes
Just put an hub engine at back while you ride the battery will charge so unlimited charging. New subscriber here in the Philippines
That is not how physics work.
Absolutely amazing sir, I'd like to learn from you. I'd be glad if you consider adding fenders to it to shield tires' dirts. Love from Nigeria🇳🇬
We already have skid plate prototype installed on this version.
Here are my tips to make your motorcycle profitable:
1) Your 'open' frame is going to be your most important design element.

I see your bike is for sale for $7,500ish...
It won’t cause fire! It would trip the socket breaker in the worst case.
@@ladiandmargaret if the place you are charging from is properly wired which I can't say for all places, only most.
It’s a very small chance some sketchy places are not properly wired! Certainly not on public places!
Thanks. Yes, mudguards are important. We finished them this week👍
just add extra holes for the seat to be unbolted and rebolted to another adjustment. 37" seat height is huge!
I would coppy this if I had the equipments. man, thats beautiful bike
Very Nice, ive been impressed with your biulds since day 1, your {You's} are a smart little team in a market thats just impressing me every week it seems with new ebike technology i honestly cant imagine what we will be riding around 10years from now as i have a new controller coming for my DownHill 72v SantaCruz build today which for a bike that soaks up the bumps cracking 80kms pretty fkn quik iss insane any body that i let ride it blow out and ive had motorbikes since 7yrs latest fast cars , bikes and skis so takes a bit to impress me performance wise and i just cant wait to fit and test new controller can make or break a machine love your brains and charger set up and would love to get one to Sth Australia
to awesome

it has so much room for upgrade.xtra batt, luggage box...genius
I've been watching your videos for a long time, thank you very much.
I got long Covid, and during the Covid lockdown I had my B-52 Bomber Bike stolen.
I built this bike before the Ebike surge and before Covid and I loved riding it.
When I showed the video of the bike being stolen, to the police, they said, "sorry we can't help you".
So anyway, to make a long story shorter.................. Thanks for building the idea I had for my next bike.
By the way, I haven't even finished watching this video yet,
But there's a bike out there called "Ranger".
It has an adjustable seat that works with a pneumatic tube, and it works on the fly.
Anyway great job on the bike.
I want one please.
Thank you very much again. Have a good day.
Namaste.

Hi, check out our current availability at MySuperEbike.com
Why not using plates with 3 inline holes for mounting the seat frame in different heights. Changing wheel size and or suspension would change geometry ...
the only thing i would is ask if it would be possible to add extra bolt holes to be able to adjust the seat height but over all it's a great looking e-bike or e-motorcycle.
The only thing that seems to be missing is a passenger seat and a cargo hold for shoping and staff like that
There is space for 2nd battery so why not make a dual battery option for double the range?
Привет из Одессы!)))
Очень круто и современно.
Интересный проект!
Удачи!
Laďo ty jsi fakticky zvíře. To je fakticky úlet. Slintal jsem nad Cyberbikem ale tohle je mimo realitu. (Edgar - mixopumpa) 😅
Diky :)
Good job!
Love the bike, I just do not think it has enough rear shock for the type of riding I do.
This is sick!
This guy reminds me of a normal version of Dr Evil from Austin Powers, these projects look great tho.👍😤😁 I want one.
The front part of the seat needs to be slimmer to allow”sitting on the “tank” and performing aggressive cornering off-road. The seat may need to continue up to the handlebars more.
For off-road riding you need to be able to move all the way forward and far back. Maybe have an optional off-road seat?
YES
Nice work done 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Don't forget the chain guard too.
cool project. keep in mind that alot of countries these need to be registered to be ridable. double mirrors and turn/brake lights are often a requirement for that
Yes
Love the bike it looks awesome! I would be doing more on road riding so 17inch supermoto wheels is the first thing I will change to. If you test it in that configuration so your future customers will have an idea how it will work.
I’m excited to see super moto myself! I don’t think changing rims and tires can prove any less performance!
wow I can Imagine some spare storage areas for camping trips?
That big gap is perfect for a storage unit!
Exactly. Very big storage!
Save the Light 🔺Congratulations Brother
love this bike
I think a flexible rollup solar panel is called for to help with range anxiety.
I don’t think so unless you have multiple days to spare
Front fairing might increase range, with less drag.
There is an awesome potential for a travel pack to fit into the seat frame (just in front of the rider)
Have you thought of mounting motor directly on the wheel hub or at the end of swingarm thereby doing away with a chain? Also enabling reverse and better regen?
