Look at those old Florida style homes. Mixed in with Northern style homes. New Smyrna Beach (and the entirety of Volusia county) resembles old Florida mixed with Northern influences that hasn't been too devastated with development. Although I hear Daytona Beach is getting new condos. What a gorgeous town.

Katie, you don't have to go to Alaska to see bears, I saw a few bears one day in New Syrmna and they were walking in sandals and Hawaiian shirts. I think those bears were from the woods of New Yawk!
Obviously Katie isn’t from NSB. We don’t want tourists here. Trying to make it locals only but I guess some UA-cam people staying in the few remaining hotels letting you stay there for less than a month recorded a video. This beach is locals only, if you’re not from volusia or seminole then GFY
There was also a small Civil War battle over where that grassy area was across from the roundabout in the first New Smyrna video you guys posted. The ports at Jacksonville & Pensacola were blockaded by the Union fleet so the confederate blockade runners used to run guns & other supplies through Mosquito Inlet which caused a handful of skirmishes before the Federals finally burned the settlement that was there at the time.
I think that the brash humor works best for Jose. For you, your trademark sweet, simple, patient and optimistic disposition works best. Use your voice, and you will find success.
It looks so much better than any of the South FL beaches. Clean sandy beaches with no trash.
