Turok 2 Remastered Any% Speedrun Tutorial - Part 8 Backtracking

Hi everyone, welcome to my Any% Speedrunning Tutorial for Turok 2: Seeds of Evil EX (Remastered version by Night Dive Studios.)
In this part, I cover the Backtracking segment. The first half of this video is commentated and will show you the route as well as how the tricks are done. The second half is a demonstration of what a decent Backtracking segment should look like in a run.
The backtracking segment is very easy but can go wrong easily as well. There is really only one major thing to keep track of here:
If you exit Lightship with less than 10 health = Go to Death Marshes 3 first.
If you exit Lightship with more than 10 health = Go to Port of Adia Village first.
Save Hive of the Mantids - Breeding Grounds for last.
Also, make sure that if you are lacking ammo, you refill ammo in either Village or Death Marshes 3, as you most likely have already used the Hive refill.
