banggood redcon sat. not working

For Banggood Customer-Service
First you see a working device i orderd earlier (different color, stronger orange) the Second receiver is the faulty one. It doesn't go into Bind-Mode and seems to have a loose connection. When i press on the case, sometimes the Binding-LED blinks for a few times.
