The Drache helicopter was significant for being the first helicopter selected for mass production, but like the V2 Rocket, it was more of a wonder weapon than a tideturner in the war. Only 20 were built and they had limited effect.
RPDs did in fact exist during WW2, but they were only prototypes and I’m pretty sure none saw combat. The Last Grenadier is clearly some alternate history timeline because some of these weapons used are extremely rare in real life.
The RPD is a 7.62x39mm light machine gun developed in the Soviet Union by Vasily Degtyaryov for the 7.62×39mm M43 intermediate cartridge. It was created as a replacement for the DP machine gun chambered for the 7.62×54mmR round. It is a precursor of most squad automatic weapons.
During ww2 Finland was germanys enemy for a while because when they surrender to the Russians the Soviets demanded that German troops leave the region so the Germans were given a month to move their troops but they didn’t have enough time so the finish had to fight the Germans but the Germans were not like the Soviet’s during the German retreat the Germans set up rear guards and traps for the finish
Actually Germany did have experimental helicopters. Try had 2 designed but only was was ever built and tested against the Soviet Union. During the continuation war. They didn’t look like the though
Sorry for the late upload! This one took forever to render lol. But the ending is CRAZY with a huge fortress!

you'll see some "experimental" German weapons later in the campaign. Keep playing it; the last few levels are definitely worth it.

Super powerful machine gun! Must be a 5.56 mm if we're asking the media! For reference, that shoots a round that's minimum double that diameter.
Almost 2hrs of video? How in the "give me a medic" did we get so lucky? Lmao
Instead of bombarding the enemy, Dailey sent soldiers and did not have medics.
