My nr. one choose for small kitchen tasks are Pallares Solsona 7 and 10 cm Inox models. Fantastic ergo and cutting performance, only downside, i have to oil the back spring after use.

I love those knives and have few Busa for my collection. But won't recommend any folder for kitchen use from sanitary point of view.
