It's morning, cup of coffee nearby - looking over emails, to-do list for the day, and thought for some background ear candy, I'd put this on. Get the day started. Nice little feeling growing on the right hemisphere of the brain - creative thoughts, feeling the music, not just listening to it. It's healing. Maybe that's the natural high I suppose. The left hemisphere of my brain, the logical side - is immersed in the daily things that need done before the day is over.... enjoy your day out there. Make good choices. Learn at least one new positive thing. It's a day of Awareness and Acceptance. Be true to yourself, and you don't have to love your neighbor - but at least give them the "leeway" you give yourself.
