From Maharishi's speech , my limited understanding is that the individual as such does not exist after death. what remains is the karumaiiyam as long as its held back with karmic imprints. Karumaiyyam gets born if the biological parents have karmic imprints which align with the karmic imprints of the karumaiyyam. Karumaiyyam grows the necessary faculties and develops a body as per the imprints . Individuals do not enjoy heaven since they don't exist after death. Is my understanding correct ?

There is no rebirth for us.
The purpose of our life is to clear karmic imprints of our ancestors and to get enlightenment.
If we haven't done this, our progenies have to do this.
