I believe it is a reference to 'Yotsuya Kaidan,' a famous Japanese play about a samurai who is haunted by a vengeful spirit, a woman named Oiwa. It's a pretty famous ghost story, and it's inspired a lot of other ghosts in Japanese stories, like Sadako from The Ring (who, in turn, S-ko herself is based on) So kind of a neat reference, and it makes sense! Though I do wonder where Chipp heard the story...
@Lunalance well yeah i looked at zappas ghost and it is sadako and like myself indonesia the story is about a woman who died while pregnancy and the woman will rise up the gave and become kuntilanak a name in indonesia but sadako in japan,
