Sounds like you are a prime candidate for microdosing, you should try something more controllable like edibles or oils. I use the D9 2.5mg and I dont really noticed the high but I feel great, however D8 has a more mellow high and I take about 10mg.

@@nl212ep I was smoking for 21 years, always ended up overdoing it. Now I microdose with oil drops and it made my life worth living again. I have autism and it removes my sensory issues completely. Smoking also ruined my throat, lungs and made me cough up black tar every single time I was quitting. Worst advice ever?
I just took 2.5 of yalls delta 8 sour lemon lime gummy and I'm feeling fantastic comfortable but completely functional. I will be buying more soon enough!
I've stopped taking the delta 8 unless I just want physical relaxation and not a head high. I usually take the delta 9 now because I really enjoy the head high. I like taking 2.5 to just a bit chill and 5 if I want to be really good and chill.@@Mr.Randy210
microdosing is seriously great. until it is not. soon 2.5 mg a day turns into 3, which turns eventually into 5, then 10. that's why you should not plan on taking it for life/the long haul; instead, work in tolerance breaks. I like to go 2 weeks without anything 2-4 times per year to allow my body to detox and cleanse.
How often depends on how much you take and what you take, this video really helps with those questions. I find that 5mg D9 with various CBG & THCV will last me about 4hrs after it kicks in so close to 6hrs total. I find that at about 6hrs if I take 25mg D8 I can coast through the rest of the day with a nice head high and not weigh my body down
It’s done totally based upon “feel”, trial and error. Start very small and see how it makes you feel. Ride that out for a while, and if you feel like you can take some more, than use just a tiny bit again. Like I smoke just a few small crumbs or flakes of flower instead of a whole nugget or joint. That would be insane for me. Today’s THC potency levels are off the charts, and has made this technique and necessity for a lot of people.
when smoking? you'd need to look at the COA and see what the % THC content is :) total THC in an edible should be listed on the packaging (ex: 10mg, 2.5mg ,etc.)
Much like prescription drugs you get from the doctor, you have to play with your dosing to see what works best with your body! I would definitely recommend trying edibles if you've only tried smoking flower. Edibles give a more controlled experience-- RESTART sells a 2.5MG edible! I would start with 1/2 of that, waiting an hour, then taking the other half if you're not feeling the effects you want yet. Start low and go slow is what we like to say!
No-- it cannot kill you, but THC products aren't for everyone! We always recommend new customers to try 1-2MG of THC for first use, waiting 30 minutes to an hour to see how you feel, then increasing if wanted. Cannabis is a lot like prescription drugs where you have to test out different products and amounts to find your preferred dose 🍃
Love how you guys are actually taking a scientific and objective look at the plant instead of an opinionated one
thank you so much! We try our best :)
Microdosing is great. You can feel the calming effect of THC without feeling like you want to lie on yer back all day.
True that!
1 hit from a joint has me convinced I'm going to die for 3 hours 😂

DO NOT try edibles for the love of God. Worst advice ever!!! Smoking is way more controllable than a gummy
Not really, if you get your stuff from the right people. Gummies are more calculated and measured. @nl212ep

12mg of D8 is where I start.❤
How do you microdose? Is it once a day? Or every 8hours or what?

how do you know how much THC your getting with the strength of the weed you have?

Does anyone recommend a certain cultivar to get back into cannabis consumption? I'm thinking blue dream or a sativa dominant hybrid. One love
ooo Blue dream is a fan fav of our customers!
i take a hit from a joint and get anxiety and in my head to much about it is it possible a 1 mg edible would work better?

do u ship to canada
we don't unfortunately :( only in the US at this time!
Can it put you cardiac arrest? Can it kill you?
No. It can’t kill you. But if you aren’t used to using THC, it can cause a panic attack and make you think you’re dying. But you’re definitely not
