Its difficult to care for past friends that are of the world. We knew each-other in similar relations of worldliness, now they don’t recognize me at all. I am not a “worldly/carnal Christian” I am truly born again and this is by God’s Grace alone. And so to be with them hurts my Spirit, I wish it wasnt so but this is the Truth. I am learning through this what Jesus must have felt to an extent, to care for people yet unable to associate with the Spirit that is not of God’s. When I converse with them as I did before I fall into worldliness, lenience with sin, it hurts my walk and I dont desire it. I pray God leads me to Christians my age, its hard to restart and discover new people on that deep-level of actual friendship.
To find people that really into God nowadays is hard. I agree with what you said, just pray for tem and still be friend with them however with distance, so you dont be influence by their habits, it will make strain in your relationship But just show your act, by that acts they will slowly realize you change and anyone will curious why you change A testimony of 12 yo iranian boy that convert without his family know, and because his sudden change behavior that became more kind, helpful with his mother and etc, his family became curious but he dont tell his reason because he was afraid. And one day when cleaning his room, his mother found Bible in his bed, so his mother ask him is he convert, and then he admit he is and he also ask his mother, does they will throw him out of house, and his mother answer ofc not because they like his behavior And then this family later go check the youtube channel that share gospel that the boy watched, and all of them convert This a testimony story i heard from that channel, which i forgot what the name is, just the channel more focus with iranian or israel people Also this by my own understanding, keep stay with them so when the Mammon that they pray into fail, they will go back to God Just let them do their worldly acts, however dont be influence by them, at one point, they will hit the limit and find what they do is give nothing, and if they saw your lifestyle so different when they know how bad you was in your past, they will ask you And you will have opportunity to haring gospel with them, with your testimony and not only words Many people read Bible today, yet not all experience it Have faith and have hope. Faith that Jesus will return and save us from this worldly system and faith based by the word of God, and have hope Hope is something in the future Have faith that God will help them because He love them as much as He love us, and be hopeful because you know God always keep His promised Hope also make us have endurance and perseverance, so we can keep perservering until the end, until Jesus 2nd coming Idk who you are and what you look like, but one day we will met in heaven Brother, your struggle is also my struggle I also recommend to watch Derek Prince video about hope and faith, his explaination help me to understand it more deeply
Hey Zach, someone already basically said this but "let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in Heaven." - Jesus We can pray for people and be willing to say whatever Jesus wants us to. And he will give us words but remember that his "yoke is easy and his burden is light." _ And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai... that *Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him.*
I isolated myself from good things & friends since I got saved …3-4 yrs, without friends, and very little Jesus friends because I’m shy. “Do not be overly righteous, nor be overly wise: Why should you destroy yourself? Do not be overly wicker, nor foolish: Why should you die before your time? “
I used to be extremely shy (I would not dare to even look a girl in the eye, converse with most people in my class, and had such self esteem that I could not imagine why anyone outside my parents would actually care about me), but this is what I've come to find in my experience: In striving to do what is right in God's sight, we will naturally become more bold because we often have to assert ourselves. The Bible tells us to deny ourselves, and seek God with all our hearts - for me, this translated into setting aside time for reading the Bible and prayer, asking the forgiveness of people whom I have wronged, even in the cases where I think that I'm in the right because of Matthew 5:22-24. As I sought God, He graciously proved His faithfulness to me, and filled me with love for Him. Because of this, I naturally loved to talk about God and what He had done for me and who He is and what the Bible means, especially with other Christians. I could never make many friends, but over time I gained brothers and sisters in Christ who make up for that many times over. It would seem as though the writer of Ecclesiates is someone who knows God, but does not know that which has been revealed through Christ - salvation and eternal life. Therefore, his best solution to life is to "fear God and keep His commandments" (Ecclesiates 12:13) and "to eat, to drink and enjoy oneself in all one's labour in which he toild under the sun..." (Ecclesiastes 5:18). He could not conceive of the salvation of the Lord, for indeed, before the wisdom that comes through Jesus, all that God has prepared for those who love Him had not entered the heart of man (1 Corinthians 2:9). Yet there is something better to live for than a good life on earth, for Jesus set His face like flint and for the joy set before Him endured the cross (Hebrews 12:2), and so has every true Christian since endured all things for the sake of the joy set before them. So seek God with all your heart, for when you do, He will be found by you (Jeremiah 29:13), and you will rejoice in His presence (Psalms 42:5) and find that His blessings are even greater than what you could hope for in the world, for "Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father of children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel's sake, but that he will receive a hundred times as much in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions; and in the age to come, eternal life." (Mark 10:29-30).
I've been looking for an answer but couldn't find it anywhere... in the world of business, or starting up a business, should the business owner who is a Christian, seek counsel from non-Christians or even partner up with non-Christians?
As a business owner who opted to close my business due to its proximity to worldliness, I would say to go to prayer and to always 'take your thoughts captive' and make them obedient to The Word. This will always guide each business decision. I died a lot, as much as I could do with the help of the Holy Spirit to a lot of things in business until I realized this was no place for me to be as a Christian. God bless you!

This a testimony story i heard from that channel, which i forgot what the name is, just the channel more focus with iranian or israel people
Also this by my own understanding, keep stay with them so when the Mammon that they pray into fail, they will go back to God
Just let them do their worldly acts, however dont be influence by them, at one point, they will hit the limit and find what they do is give nothing, and if they saw your lifestyle so different when they know how bad you was in your past, they will ask you

Have faith and have hope. Faith that Jesus will return and save us from this worldly system and faith based by the word of God, and have hope
Hope is something in the future
Have faith that God will help them because He love them as much as He love us, and be hopeful because you know God always keep His promised
Hope also make us have endurance and perseverance, so we can keep perservering until the end, until Jesus 2nd coming
Idk who you are and what you look like, but one day we will met in heaven Brother, your struggle is also my struggle
I also recommend to watch Derek Prince video about hope and faith, his explaination help me to understand it more deeply
