i only changed the pully and still making noise should i try to tighten it more or change assembly for the pully also ?

Excellent demonstration. I am going to replace the tensioner pulley and the serpentine belt. I was advised by family to only purchase original parts from Chevrolet, as other parts are often rebuilt, and likely to fail quickly.
