@@coffeemachtspass depends what part of england - regional. i dont think its any different to what it was 30 years ago - never changed. he sounds quintesentially English, eloquent, educated. Thats my take. IM not English but Scottish, however i hear a lot of English accents and work them every day. Defo englsih 100&^%
Greg Ingram I defer to your experience. As an American, the regional differences in the UK are less clear cut. On the other hand, my wife has pointed out that my accent and vocabulary change when I’m with my brothers and the wine starts flowing. Even during the Beatles Invasion, US audiences noticed that the Liverpool rhythm was a bit closer to an American accent than (god help us) the Received Pronunciation of Basil Rathbone.
Simon is a very inspiring and sympathetic person. One of my greatest role models❤
Should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ,iconic .
They are now!
Absolutely loved this interview I have been a Duran fan since 1983 along with my identical twin sister Athena
I’m the Twin Sister 🤗
I have to ask.
Do you have a sister named Discord, or did your parents stop short of the whole pantheon?
That was a good interview. Thank you very much for posting it.
What an amazing wonderful man!!! Just simply gorgeous and inspiring man!!!!

thanks for inspiring inteview
Tradurre in italiano please!!!!
I never noticed that Simon doesn't really have much of a British accent. Has it always been like that or has he lost it over time?
I think he has a very British (and sexy) accent
He still has an English accent, very much so, (yes i am also English)
Put him in a pub with some mates and a few pints in… then do an accent check!
