Appreciate you doing content like this out of the normal car reviews. It’s a cool mix up. Congrats on the 30lbs of muscle

30 lbs of muscle in a year hardly happens even with excessive drug use. Didn’t happen. Love the content, though, Ben.

100% did. You can ask my wife.

    • @JreiZz
      @JreiZz 10 днів тому +5

@ I would… but that doesn’t really do it for me considering she’s your wife, and even the most well-known competitors in history couldn’t even put on 30 lbs of muscle in a year, with experience, and with S tier genetics and blasting compounds. It’s just not feasible. Especially after initially weight training and gaining a year or 2 of experience. I’m glad, however much it was, kept you motivated though. Carry on.

@@BenHardyCars You would look like a bodybuilder if you have gained 30 pounds of muscle. I think a lot of the excess weight gain is due to water and bloat.

@@Rroy20my starting weight was just under 180lbs and my ending weight was about 220lbs. Split was about 30lbs of muscle and about 10lbs of fat.

@@BenHardyCars literally 1% of people will gain that much in their first 2-3 years WITH drugs. The research is conducive of this. I just can’t not listen to what the research says regarding thousands of test subjects. The meta analysis is online. 30 lbs of muscle in 4-5 years naturally even makes someone a genetic phenomenon. Visually, we all would know as well. You’d be very vascular, dense, and you’d look more incredible than some of the fitness influencers.

30 lbs of muscle in one year naturally..... Please stop. You sir have gained 30 pounds of bulk which might be 10 pounds of muscle at most with about 20 - 25 pounds of fat and water. You are right about fasting and your diet approach. Just by looking at your arms and chest we can see that there is small amounts of muscle coated with fat and water weight. But yeah keep doing what your doing... you might gain 30 pounds of muscle over the next 15 years (naturally). Take some trt and tren and then you can gain maybe 20Lbs of pure muscle within a year.

Most of my mass is in my back, core, and legs. I have a pretty weak chest. I’m currently 220lbs. I started at just under 180lbs. I gained 30lbs of muscle and 10 pounds of fat in 1 year roughly.

    Fasting. Yes.
Lost over 100lbs over 2.5 years following a fasting a keto centric diet.
Body recomp with muscle added as well. Not just fat loss.
Anyone saying fasting does not work isn't doing it right.

Sorry bro, you cannot gain 30lbs of muscle in a year. ESPECIALLY naturally. Literally any pro bodybuilder would tell you that’s not possible.

You did a certain video a long time ago and mentioned that your investments did you well. I would LOVE for you to do a video based on that so one day i can buy one of these nice trucks you've been reviewing.

I do well with fasting for 12 hours, but if I'm at work after that, I get bored and then start craving food. It's a desk job. On weekends, I can move around enough I dont think about eating. I'm shooting for a 16 hour fast next. Thanks for the video!

Fasting is amazing spiritually and physically, usually I go in three day increments if I go longer then that it starts messing with my sleep, but it does help with recovery after intense workouts you don’t feel as sore.

Water fasting doesn't sound like a good thing. Water is amazing for your body and you always need it.
Just did my longest fast of 48 hours no food, it was amazing. A week later I still feel great. The biggest thing is coming back very lightly and not pigging out right away. Honestly some bone broth with or without bread to break a fast is the best.
The spiritual part of fasting is the best though. Everything feels like meditation. Such an amazing connection to the creator.
