I had an issue with my remote it was used in the rain and messed up the controls. I opened the remote dried it out naturally. Put back together and worked fine you must use the rubber cover all the time to keep the moisture out. Then remove it when not in use.
Thanks, I agree, keep that cover on, the remote is definitely not rain proof. I now own an MGI Navigator with GPS. The Stewart sits lonely in the corner of my garage. Problem solved!!
Good luck reaching Stewart USA, I tried many times. My Q follow won't track straight, it pulls to the right side. Sometime it turns in a circle on the right side. Customer service sucks. It' more of a power cart now, I steer it to the left by hand just to use it.
They do. have some instructions and button settings that allow you to reset the steering alignment, the instructions are in the owners manual, but I would recommend an MGI or some other cart that allows for strait steering regardless of grade or usage.
@@hachiroku5162 Yes, I am doing the same as I have had more problems with my cart. The power cord broke and is proprietary, so I had to order a new one. Both the bottom and top straps are fraying and will fail soon, but are built into the cart, so they cannot be replaced. The whole cart is poorly designed in my opinion. Most members at my club now have the MGI Navigator, most get the AT model, and most are now getting the one with the built in GPS. Costco sells them. Good luck and happy golfing!
Good afternoon … just wondering if you have solved the remote problem … a few days ago my remote stopped staying connected to the cart … happened again today … wont stay connected and everything is fully charged
UPDATE on JULY 24, 2024: Well, I finally gave up on my Stewart Golf Q Carbon. I bought the MGI AI Navigator with GPS for $1,800. Everything about the MGI is better. DO NOT BUT A STEWART GOLF electric cart. I had my Stewart golf cart on hole #5 when it decided to unpair bluetooth and not reconnect, despite trying every possible setting. I had to push it back to the clubhouse. I've spent most of my career in new product development with Microsoft, Dell, and others. The Stewart Golf cart seemed like it was designed by engineers with little to no input from customers or marketing. Everything about it sucks. Both the bottom and top elastic straps are fraying, and cannot be replaced because they are part of the cart. I've had 3 warranty claims in two years. It sucks downhills as the auto-break feature slams on the brakes. It sucks going strait, whereas the MGI tracks strait on all hills. It sucks on battery, you have to remove the battery to charge it. The remote sucks. It looks like a 1980's TV remote control and doesn't fit in a pocket. It is too heavy. The battery is too heavy. The Follow Me doesn't work, it is constantly changing directions. The default setting for direction is jarring and shoots from side to side. EVERYTHING SUCKS ON A STEWART. I suggest an MGI. The British need to work on their engineering and design, apparently.

@@CliffHawk-h8y I did that, it didn't work. Looking at the new MGI Navigator AT.

Any update?
Yes, new remote fixed problems, but I'd get a MGI Golf cart next time
@@seahawkster Thanks for the update.
@@seahawkster I'm about to buy the Stewart Q Follow this week. Why would you buy an MGI next time? Is that better?
@@carlotalampas4478 Yes I would buy MGI. Stewart cart follow feature works poorly, jerky turns, etc, please read my comments above
Mine don’t respond to the forward button
I think their remote control has a glitch, I had to get a new one
