It help you to make timming shots because late playing helps you to watch the ball at last moment. Ok 😊😊

I have one question as I started playing with high backlift. But I am getting late on ball and some times I am getting myself yorked..can tell me reasons and also solutions for that
May be possible you are not able to judge the ball as quick as needed so that you are getting late... And for second one ball se itna dur front foot land kro jisse you can get a little bounce of the ball so that you can hit easily
