I am glad i came across your video.
I have them in solo cups but i think they're too big. I will repott them to a smaler one and plant them deeper. We going to have a nice warm weather next week. Can i put them out for a few hours in shade?

Thanks for watching, glad the video has helped. They should be fine so long as they are brought back in for the night. We'll be hardening ours off in a couple weeks before our last frost date at the end of May.

I’m due to do this later today with my leggy cosmos. Will the stem have roots that grow out of it. Also shall I use some tomatoe feed or will that be too strong

Yes, the stems grow roots if buried and help anchor the plants when they get larger. Tomato feed is perfect but wait until they start flowering and then feed fortnightly. Hope you enjoy your afternoon potting up 👍
