Every bus I drove from our garage on our route was a different drive. Get used to the bus numbers and knew how they drive. My garage was Holloway metroline. Decent pay when I was there. Miss the second family but not the customers or the driving same route every day I worked.
Hear that, on the 47 we have Volvos with Alexander Dennis Chassis and they do all have different feel and some just feel alike. Good buses a lot of power and solid on the road.. I think if I left, I would miss customers too lol, I have some great customers who always say hi.. but Im real ppls person would do the job if bus was empty.
So your very close to beginning of route, do you catch it to go toward blackheath. Not sure why they running late. The service is high frequency so the try to run evenly the time is secondary. As long as they come regular then TFL is happy.

I live on the 380 route the beginning from lewisham the little hill it goes up they are always late for some reason though 😂

The route starts at Catford Garage, so even though we lost it. The contract remains the same, in terms of where it starts.
Question, do you have a GPS to guide you on routes or no???
