I am someone who has to witness something before experiencing something comfortably myself, thank you for greatly increasing my comfort in my upcoming session!
interesting. i imagine this is helpful for all preverbal trauma/ beliefs. Shape thing seems like NLP technique. Might be interesting to end with the shape that was related to PC or whatever it turned into.
Can anyone explain me about shape and color of the preverbal shame? I just can think about it like finding a metaphorical vision of it. For instance, if I had picture my shame like a little witch being humilliated, harassed, mocked and persecuted, would I had to picture myself with three years old living it? That vision has been developed by the feelings I always had and the literature of being outcasted. Will the shape would be a flame and the color orange? I'm trying to know how to picture it out. Thanks

Thank you Dr for being opened and vulnerable and showing us this video
I have an open mind and trust that I'll understand why they're sitting that close by the end of the video❤
You're being so incredibly generous with your knowledge and yourself. Thank you so much for this kindness.
This was a very good demo. I always appreciate new ways to reach clients.
Thank your for being so open and vulnerable. This is truly helpful.
Yes, thanks so much Jamie. Your videos are massively inspirational and helpful to me as an EMDR therapist.
(and as 'professional' having EMDR therapy ;) )

Thanks for this! I'm wondering why the sets were so long? Is that strategic with pre-verbal memories?
Wondering this too!
