In 1973 or 1974 he performed at Koforidua Community Center. In 1978 or 79 he performed at Cape Coast Town Hall. I left Ghana 36yrs ago but always follow his songs. African Brothers International Band: Osae, Teacher, Sam Derchie, Oppong Kyekyeku,, Ancient Awuah, Baba Tunde, Senior, Joe Dee, Amo, Osei Kofi, Anin, etc.

Because look at number of musical instruments they used and they they released albums but not singles. When they released albums, they didn't make noise about it but the quality of the albums were sold like hot cakes. Now, as you said about gospel musicians, they are as noisy as Kejetia environs. They sing for fame, money and worldly materials so they wither in no time. Because of good old hilife, I tune my radio from one station to another just to listen to 'adamu'. Please I think the example of Esther is wrong Papa. Although the inspiration you are giving is right but to say no God's name in the book of Esther is wrong to say that!! The question is, to whom they Fasted to in Esther 4:3? In verses 14 of the Esther 4 Mordecai made his point clear that help will come from Heaven if Esther kept quiet. Let us understand that the moment Heaven appears in, it means God is in! Because Heaven is God's Throne, therefore anyone who called on Heaven is calling on God and His throne. So I would like to point out that correction here, so that anyone who listen this video will not keep that mistake in mind that there is no God's name in the book of Esther!! As long as Heaven is concerned, there is God's name in the book of Esther! And Esther declared three days and three nights fasting for them in verses 16 of the Esther 4. Therefore it is wrong to make that example, because they fasted to God of Heaven. However I am grateful to your inspiration about Nana Ampadu. I love his songs very much as well, because his songs always advisable to every wise person who loves to be advice. May the Lord save his soul in perfect peace.
