Don't worry from what I realize, most of the people are having a hard time pulling her. I think its no coincidence, they done something with the pull rates. I tried pulling for her with 3 different accounts with around 28k-35k gems and all of it are having a hard time pulling her.

you could adapt my strategy of counting to 3 before summoning cause ive always gotten the characters i wanted and that's always been the way i summon also i dont hit continue after a summon i go back to the summon screen everytime.
