Looking at the Franklin Nature Trail map (usfs-public.app.box.com/v/FranklinNatureTrail) it appears the Hidden Lakes Trail continues left where it intersects with the nature trail. I went right. Confusingly, the Hidden Lakes trail map (usfs-public.app.box.com/v/HiddenLakesTrail) shows it sharing the nature trail in both directions. My recommendation would be to turn left at the intersection.
@@Roaming50 Teocali is tough even the downhill is a mission toughest trail I have done. I was surprised I saw a women going uphill with out stopping she looked in mean shape, body of an athlete. Took me 6 hours. 401 was nice.

Thanks for posting this. Just moved up here and haven’t been able to find a lot of info about this trail.
Explore! Some trails may suck. Others may be hidden gems.
You got younger I tought this was an old video. I just did a 4 day camping at Crested Butte it was nice. Teocali trail was a pain.
The bike takes 20 years off 😁. The climb up Teocalli will make anyone feel old!
